Getting him anything is always a chore, as he is difficult to buy for. He is, though, a pretty religious guy and i thought this store might have something he would like. I was in luck, there was a statute of a Jesus fish made out of wood. He actually ended up really liking it, which is a rare thing as usually he never has liked my gifts. While here, though, i found this store also sells greeting cards, home and garden decor. Definitely something i love. More importantly, i found two gifts to give to my best friend apple for Christmas. They were side gifts to supplement the main item i would get her. One was a sign that said "I need 3 coffees, 6 puppies, & like 12 million dollars"... so her and "your the friend everyone wishes they had". She totally is the bestest friend i have ever had! She loved those when she got them. So an awesome store with stuff i would like for my home... that helped me find something my dad loved and also brought a smile to my best friend!!!! Score!! I like to avoid crowds, so i waited for them to go to other shops. It was thus the last of the pop up stores I went to. There were all manner of cookies to buy, I went from thinking about buying one to ending up buying a dozen for my family and I to try out. Our favorites ended up being chocolate chip, sugar cookie, salted caramel, and the smore cookies. Omg let me tell you, these are the best cookies we ever had anywhere!!! I heard they will be appearing at another pop up event once again in the Van Wert Warehouse on March 30. I will be there to get some more cookies!!!! They are the best! I called Finishing Touches this last Saturday after trying one other local place. I was hoping to…read moreget 13 red balloons delivered to my nephew on his birthday the next day. Knowing it is a small town, and I saw their hours, I didn't have much hope. However, they know my nephew and his family and she was more than happy to not only do the delivery, but also do it on his birthday, when they were closed. I was so happy and grateful that she was willing to do that! My brother and nephew called me yesterday when he got the balloons and he of course got the joke behind it.. he loves Stephen King's IT:) It really means a lot to me that they did this and went out of their way to do so. It's probably the only birthday I didn't get to celebrate with him so far and this helped make it memorable! Thank you for having such fantastic customer service!
