Based on positive experience in the past, I had a session booked for my Army son who was home on…read moreleave prior to a 6-month deployment. The session was booked a month in advance with the business owner's full knowledge that it was the Friday before he would be leaving on Monday. After confirming the session earlier in the week, on Thursday night, the owner advised me that she was sick and was unlikely to be able to do the session but would confirm the next morning. The next morning, the day of the 12:45 appointment, she advised she would not be able to do the session, had no availability the following Monday or even Tuesday due to her part-time job. When I asked about even late on Sunday, which, granted, was Easter, she did not reply, and offered no further communication or solutions. I DO NOT RECOMMEND for anyone that has a time-based need like a wedding or special event.

Not only was I impressed with their work that I saw before our wedding, Rebecca understood that some of our friends and family were not able to attend the wedding, in which she delivered our ceremony video to us in less than a week of the wedding so we could share it with those loved ones!
