Today they want to apply a 25% price increase for uncovered storage without power in a gravel lot. In previous year they applied a 30% increase. No improvements have been made to the facility since I've been there. I have friend at another RecNation facility within 5 miles paying $100 less for the same type of spot. They said they would price match another rate I emailed them. A day later they declined to match it. I canceled with them and signed with another storage facility within 10 miles for $100 less per month.

The storage open every other day at 6 am and closes at 10 pm. We were moving and our new apartment was not ready. U-Haul did the moving and my wife found this storage close to our new apartment complex in St Johns county Florida. Oddly enough I have never heard of the company. All I can say is I glad she found it. If you rent from any storage, misbehave a deal on the first month and jack up the price on the next month. All it is well that ends well.

This facility severe maintenance issues! The main sliding doors have been broken for almost a…read moreyear, and now the auxiliary doors to the side are also broken. The elevator's function sporadically and there is a real safety issue if the doors are left open (which they often are on busy weekends) anyone can just walk in. We spend over $800/month on our units, and we expect at least functioning doors and elevators. There are many other storage options available in the area. Fix the issues or we're simply moving elsewhere.

They set up a storage unit for me over the phone and even offered a good special. My unit is never tampered with and the building is super secure, you can't even get in with out a pass code. They are very accommodating. They even called me one time to let me know that I locked my unit incorrectly which I appreciated, it shows that they go around and check on the different units.
