Got completely ignored and never heard back. Called them later and an employee assured me that it would ship the same day. Didn't happen that day or the next. I order a firearm on 12-July-22. I still have yet to receive it (26-July-22.) I have made numerous attempts to contact them through all available mediums, text, phone calls, and email. I have not had any response whatsoever. I even had my LGS attempt to contact them, unfortunately with the same results. (although they did state that the FFL for Recoil was expired since March) If I had received my firearm as fast as they took the money, I would have no issues with this company. Now comes the hassle of contesting the charge with the bank. This is disappointing as I have done business with Recoil Gunworks before with no issue. Was skeptical on ordering at first because I've never purchased a used firearm online before. These guys went over and beyond with their service! Very well-pleased! The firearm listed as in very good condition and I was amazed on receiving it because it looked like new. My FFL was amazed also. I watch for specials on ammo that is reasonably priced in these days of gouging and hoarding. I recently purchased some .38 spl, 9mm, and .308 from them. Not a lot, mind you. But, I still need some practice ammo and what I got fit the bill. They are still priced pretty high on the personal defense ammo. So, I stay away from that as I already have enough. I order lots of firearms and ammo. I saw that Recoil Gunworks had a really good deal so I thought I would give them a shot. What I got in return was EXCELLENT service, price, and communication. The package first arrived short two boxes of ammo. I attribute this because I ordered just at the start of the gun/ammo panic buying of March 2020. Consequently, most gun places were having a heck of a time trying to catch up to the overwhelming amount of orders. Most firearm retailers were posting on the internet that they were working around the clock to fill the orders. I contacted Recoil Gunworks and they confirmed the mistake and that two boxes of ammo would be sent out the next day! Furthermore, one important detail about my order, is that by the time my order had shipped, some ammo prices had doubled on the internet. Recoil Gunworks could have easily cancelled my order and sold it immediately to buyers that were lining up for this in all the shops. These guys are honest and fulfilled my order. I had made a purchase on July 19th for some Gold Dot ammo. The package arrives to me with the wrong items. Instead of Gold Dot ammo they send me Blazer ammo and completely different type of round. I called multiple times leaving voicemails about the mix up and to give them a opportunity to fix the error. They never bother to return my call. Only after multiple emails stating my frustration they only reply back with a email stating. "We'll get it to you." Now after 1 week still no reply or follow up email or call back.
