I felt safe the entire time, and I believe they take appropriate safety precautions. We did not have to pay to rent the guns, but we did have to pay for ammunition. My experience with staff has always been welcoming and informative during my visits over the past few years with both buying and selling firearms and ammo. Store has plenty of stock to choose from and can also easily order items. Location has plenty of parking and is easily accessible for anyone with mobility issues. We're also grateful for their consistent support to the veteran community. We also enjoy the resident mascot dogs when they're around. :)

It was over packed and resulted in a catastrophic failure of our gun. We informed staff and showed them the casing which staff even stated was definitely defective. DO NOT buy this ammo. I wouldn't purchase any ammo they sell. Bring your own. Otherwise, you may end up in the same situation. The staff took no steps to remove that specific ammo while we were there. And I'm sure they will still continue to sell what they have. They also seemed very unconcerned with the whole situation. The staff was more interested in the basketball game that they were watching In the lobby.
