This place is WORTHLESS!!! Just bought a mini 4 wheeler put 45 minutes on it and now it is already messing up. They are charging me to fix the carburetor and it hasn't even been used! What a joke, B.S. not covered under warranty. I could understand if I had it for over the 3 month warranty and something happened to it but no consideration from even the owner. very nice people and helpful, till they get you then all type of excuses. the only problem is they charge you for parts they do not install or double charge you same parts. i took two 4 wheelers to them to fix spent over $ 1500.00 when i picked them up they were not running very good took them some where else showed them my receipt they showed many parts were not changed or installed correctly. read more

Stay far away from this place. NEW OWNER'S ... Brought my kids motor bikes there for repair, was told 45 just to look at each of them. 358.56 later I pulled out the second one but still had to pay the 45. Was told on the second bike I had to get it out within a few days as they were receiving a large shipment and needed the space. ( Never saw any shipment upon return!! ) So work on the one bike, this is on their slip... Service Inspection Battery Plug Misc supplies used to perform mechanical repair services Gasoline Shipping Inspect, clean and adjust carburetor and throttle 129.99 Flush complete fuel system motor mounts replaced and or repaired chain on off road vehicle R+R Battery and Plug 358.56 Got the bike back no electrical system working, headlights, or turn signals and they all were upon being brought there. Also upon return, there was a gas leak at the carburetor, and the chain was way too loose. There is a 7 day return policy, so brought it right back. Funny that upon the first repair bike was done fast and HAD TO BE PICKED UP RIGHT AWAY!!! On this bring back did not hear from them for almost one week!! Pick up the bike again for THE LAST TIME and the seat was broken off from the lip that went under the tank and the screws that bolted it on and the bike would not even move!!! Called them right away and got " Oh it ain't nothing we done. " Never again. The girl answering the phone is a trip to deal with to say the least, and you see my story. The PAST owner's of Recon Cycles were FANTASTIC.. wonderful to deal with the price's were affordable and the work was ALWAYS done right the first time and lasted. Giving anyone a heads up about Recon now so you don't have to go thru the hassle like I did. Don't take my advice check it out for yourself!! It's a joke. They don't deserve one star. read more

Never Never Never use these guys again. Paid them a thousand dollars and all they did was fix a broken ground wire and completely messed up my carburetors . And charged over $100 to add brake fluid. Told me to come pick up the bike it was ready, I could ride it home and it ran out of gas on the way less than a mile away from your shop. I wouldn't trust them to work on a push mower. read more
