Trying to find out if there was any beds available was a fight. Then when she informed me none were available, I tried to get info. I asked her if there was anyone who could help me. I asked her if there was anywhere that could help me. I asked her if there was anyone I could call to seek the help I need. I was told she didnt know/she didnt care/and I'm on my own. Then Thursday this week may 23, 2019. I called to get an intake appointment. Not only did the lady treat me like I was stupid and talked to me like I was a toddler she also blatantly refused to tell me if there was any availability for outpatient services. These people dont care about their patients. They dont care about people needing legitimate help. Countless times in the past 6 years I've been told they dont care about me only the money by several staff members. Do NOT seek help from this place. They will treat you like you're nothing.

They will keep them as long as insurance will allow, regardless of the child's needs. They don't allow them to continue prescribed medications and will prescribed all new stuff, half of which is meant to sedate them. Our pharmacist and pediatrician were alarmed by the amount of different antihistamines she'd been given. The experience was traumatic for the child and our family.
