If you are reading my review, chances are you want to get rid of (recycle) a TV like me. 611 will take and recycle your old TV or other electronics for 60 cents a pound. If you're bringing a TV in, I suggest removing the stand or mount brackets to cut down the weight. 611 is located near the PA turnpike / 611 intersection and right behind the Hampton Inn. Simply drive to the small lot behind their building and drop of your scrap. No appointment is needed and I was in and out in less than ten minutes. The back lot is tight so you might have to wait if another vehicle is back there. If your item isn't too heavy, might be better to park out front and carry it around back. They take cards and cash.

I have been going there for about 5 years. My late husband was a hoarder and I took carloads of old computers, TVs and miscellaneous clutter to them when their location was on Walnut Lane. I also will give a monetary donation which they need badly to carry on the work that is so needed.

Their hours are great, opening up early, 7AM and Monday through Friday closing at 7PM. But please, don't pull in at 6:50 like hey I'm going to unload. Scale closes at 6:30. Now they take almost everything. If you aren't sure, give them a call. One thing I don't agree with is they don't give prices over the phone. Their prices haven't gone up since May '13 despite the economy getting better(says who). I discovered the other day a lunch truck does stop in there so if you've missed a meal and are in the yard after noon, you could get a soft pretzel and a water. So do your part and get paid for it.
