Horrible place. Warning go elsewhere!!!! Not worth their…read moreBS!!!! I had a few things in my trailer and told the guy it's the steel dog panels that were being recycled. I helped unload them myself. Didn't see the guy remove my new bright orange lawn mower. They removed it and had to move it away from where we were unloading the panels or I would have clearly seen it. Got to where I was dropping off my lawn mower which was @ 45 mins away. We noticed my lawn mower was missing. Called immediately! Owner said it had already been crushed into a cube. I told her the guy helping me must have taken it and moved it to the side because it was not were we were unloading or I would have seen it. She told me they paid me for it. I told her she could have her $20 back. I just wanted my mower back. She was worthless. I asked to see the cameras and they said they won't unless a police report was filed. I guess the owner covers for her employees.

So they said they would give me $20 with NO paperwork. Like it was gonna help out or something. Last time I came which was like 3 years ago. They were giving 4 cents for steel and tried to give me 1 cent for dirty aluminum. This place is really a joke. I would recommend going somewhere else
