Our service technician Andrew arrived on time and was extremely professional. After hearing our description of the issue he let us know he could probably have it up and running very quickly. Within 10 minutes he confirmed the problem and provided us a quote for the work. Andrew began the work immediately and was done in about 20 minutes with the system back up and running perfectly! I have a special needs baby at home who already has sniffles so I was scrambling. I called Red & Blue because I know from previous consultation with them (and every other Heat & Air co. in town) that they are hands down the best. The man I talked to was soooo patient (because I was repeating myself and didn't sound like I'd had my coffee yet) with me and very courteous. I told him exactly what my husband said to tell whoever I called (no one usually likes it when you call and act like you know what's going on or sound like a know it all) and he was great! Said he would get me fixed up the same day! I have not had the chance to see the work yet, but I am confident they will do as they have said. I work at an office building that has had more than it's share of problems getting good service, so if they do a great job at a fair price I am going to call them next time we are in need at the office. They were efficient, clean and professional. They very methodically analyzed my heat and air conditioning, wrote a detailed list for me, and explained options very clear and precise, so that I could understand what I was paying for. My heat and air conditioning had leaked for years which had rotted out all of the wood around the unit. I decided since I was changing out the system anyhow to go ahead and move it to a more convenient spot in the house. I would like to insert right here that their carpentry skills equal their heat and air skills. They did everything needed to redirect my system from foundation to the roof, I was very impressed with these guys. One thing I really appreciated about them they didn't try to up-sale me on all kinds of things that I didn't need.
