WOW is the first word that comes to mind! I'd give ten stars if I coudl!…read more I had a quick layover in Missoula and had some time to kill so decided to go thrifting, not knowing that this awesome treasure in the wall shop was right nearby. I almost didn't go in because often secondhand sports equipment is sometimes expensive, and since I'm a total a noob with gear I always fear employees will be annoyed. This place proved me wrong. Everything in there was an extremely fair price, with some great markdowns and sales throughout. I got a Patagonia raincoat thing that fit me perfectly that had been marked from 40 (pretty good) to 15 (wow!!!) The prices were really great but what really blew me away was the customer service. I've been curious about taking up a new skateboarding habit as an inexperienced 26 year old and decided to ask them how to get started, as I was curious about some of their boards. Mini (one of the owners, basically the sweetest person you'll ever meet) INSISTED on taking me next door to give me a few pointers. So I basically got a free skateboarding lesson, tons of great advice, and on the way out I ended up finding an amazing unicycle, a size I've been wanting for awhile but was afraid to buy online without trying. They of course encouraged me to try that too and took the time to make sure I left with everything adjusted to just the right size and the tire newly blown up. Fantastic friendly folks here, and amazing fun gear, vintage and new alike. Can't wait to be back!

They had my phone number and email, But didn't contact me. I've never been treated like this from any business. A convenient way to make 100% profit off your customers.

Purchased a bike for my son's birthday July 26th from Footcycle. My son is paralyzed and needs a…read morecertain kind of bike Which is why we chose this bike. The bike was shipped very quickly, we received bike with a bent frame and unable to put together. I reached out to footcycle by email since they are not able to take phone calls and received a response very quickly stating I needed to send pictures of the frame and box it was shipped in. I did what was asked of me and waited days before I got a response. I emailed again asking for the status on this Issue and was told that they are doing their best to contact the manufacture but that they havent received a response From manufacture. I was told to try the manufacture ourselves, so we did and was able to talk with Josh. He was super nice and responded quickly. Weeks later we received the new frame but had mentioned we are missing tons of parts. We were told by manufacture to take photos of the parts we had and they would figure out what we are missing. We sent email with all photos requested and was told we had all the parts. We tried putting it all together with the horrible instructions it came with and still couldn't as we were definitely missing parts. We marked everything we were missing and Josh from trailmate was kind to get them sent ASAP. We we're finally able to put the bike together as of Tuesday September 7th which is when we received the missing parts. I've never experienced anything like this before with purchasing online, this has been a nightmare to deal with. I emailed both the manufacture and Lightfoot cycles with my concerns and experience and asked if they would kindly refund some sort of amount for all the leg work we had to do on our own and all the waiting. Today 9/16 I was send and an email notification for a $20 refund. As I'm thankful for the $20, I'm beyond frustrated that the amount refunded DIDN'T even cover the shipping cost or at least 10% of the bike, as we paid over $1000. I will never use this company again or recommend them to anyone nor will I ever buy another trailmate product again.

I live in Spokane and decided to purchase a new Norco from Missoula Bike Source based on a…read morerecommendation from a physician friend in Missoula. Store understood I was from Spokane but said Happy to have me as a customer. Chris (owner and nice gentleman) sold me a prior year, but brand new Norco Revolver xx1 FS completely decked out with top of the line specs and 1200g carbon DTSwiss wheels for $5k even! Could not be happier. Best deal on the planet by far on Norco's top end ride! I appreciate the gesture guys. Cheers. Some honest feedback that only focuses on customer service and customer service follow-through. Withing 1 year had issues with the KSLEV carbon seat dropper post I purchased with the bike ($575). Not the fault of Missoula Bike Source. Rob asked me to send him a video of the side to side movement to forward along to KSLEV. Rob dropped the ball and I didn't hear anything from him for 8 months. Can happen. Re-did the video and re-sent to him. Out of convenience, the shop suggested I stay local in my home city to have issue addressed. Finall impression...I had Missoula Bike Source do my annual service on my new Norco since I'm in Missoula quite a lot working at St. Patrick's Hospital and it was no issue dropping bike off for service. I'm only 2 years in on the bike and the rear pivots on the rear suspension have gone out and need replacement. Argh! Frustrating because this bike has been ridden less than 2K miles and Rob did the annual service for me.
