I have made 3 seperate purchases with delivery 45 mins out of colville. Each purchase and delivery has been seamless. Recently I had a medical issue, I won't go into details, but Saundra's went above and beyond to accommodate me and for that I am appreciative and supporting local paid dividends. The sales staff always is very knowledgeable and helpful, I've always had the same two delivery drivers, very polite , professional, on time, assemble the furniture, and don't leave a mess. After finding most of their furniture FAR overpriced compared to similar quality found in other places (just further away) we saw a small sign that has a light that we liked. The on/off switch was broken. They found another, the switch on that was also broken. After making our purchase the customer service stopped dead. We we treated as if we were an inconvenience. Will NEVER shop there again.

There is a nice cafe that serves good food and coffee and it was a fun experience to wander through as I was waiting. As another reviewer mentioned, a bit high for some prices but some were reasonable. The children's books were $5 and we got some great hardcovers for that price, but also got some more beat up and smaller books for the same price. I recommend the trip in!

This is a discount store and Sometimes you have to spend time digging for what you need and although the prices have jumped up a bit, it's worth the dig! The staff are all very nice and helpful, but what they have to go thru on the computer to check a customer out is a little over the top. So expect a slow checkout, generally speaking. The stuff in the store doesnt sit long. New stuff is added daily and if you think you'll come back for an item tomorrow, after you think about it, you will miss out! When Habitat For Humanity first opened it was an amazing concept. I have been to several of them…read moreacross the PNW and Inland NW. Sadly, they have become so expensive now, the prices are similar to "goodwill" or most often... worse. Used to go to this location quite regularly, now it's usually my last resort. A little "too big for it's britches" for my taste. Their home building program isn't exactly what it appears to be either, which is also a big deal breaker for me.
