The cutest little coffee shop in South West Kansas! Fell in love with the vibes here immediately, and their iced almond milk latte with pumpkin pie syrup. It's hard to find a fall festive latte that doesn't contain any dairy in their syrup, believe me I've tried. Bathrooms were super cute and clean. And I loved the prayer wall, such a refreshing idea. I read the reviews and was excited to get my morning brew here. The hotel coffee was, well, hotel coffee. I'm a fan of dark rich coffee. Initially, I was disappointed as they did not have any dark brewed. The guy with the red beard explained about nuances, beans etc. nice and all but, "Dude, I'm pre- coffee!" He indulged me and let me try the two different brews. He let me waffle, ponder, lament as a line grew behind me and I finally settled on an almond cap. I had meant to get one of the delicious looking, I mean dee-licious looking, pastries. But the coffee decision was all I could manage. It was a very nice place. Warm, welcoming, clean. We were pleasantly surprised when we walked into this quaint little spot! You can tell the owner put a lot of hard work and love into this place. The decor is simply beautiful and rustic. The coffee is delicious. I ordered the toffee delight and my mom had a hazelnut latte. They were flavorful and had all the right aromas! A big plus is that they have non dairy alternatives such as almond milk. The whole establishment was very clean and comfortable. They have a prayer wall, which I think is a great idea. I've been here twice- not from Dodge but visit for business. Delicious coffee and baked goods. I'm a coffee snob and this coffee is as good as anyones. my only complaint is they don't give receipts- I need a receipt for my business expenses. They took several hours to email me a receipt- I have to do work now to print out the receipt. I'm the customer and if you are in business you need to provide receipt. They seem to be doing great business- rightly so- guy a printer guys. the entire staff is very friendly and make you feel welcome. read more

Stopped by this gem of a spot on our way through town during a road trip. Very cool space, very welcoming staff. I had the "Captain", which is a cranberry-infused cold brew- a recommendation by the owner (who was very kind and engaging). It was absolutely delicious and unlike anything I've had before. We were on a road trip and just stopped in on a whim because of the cool logo and the name. Imagine my surprise when the guy behind the counter HAD A HUGE RED BEARD. LOL. One of the best consumer experiences of my life, really. #truthinadvertising The people were friendly, the music relaxing, the atmosphere conducive to working (there's wi-fi!) or chatting with friends. Not to mention they have EXCELLENT coffee. The Kraken was my favorite, but the Mexican one was good, too. We took two bags of beans home with us (along with a t-shirt and some stickers, yes, we're lifetime fans now). This will be a place to stop every time we visit Dodge City. I ordered a short Americano and it was perfect. Most places extract at too high of a temp, or pack it too tightly but this was a sublime espresso. So happy we stopped here on our way to Kansas City. They were also friendly and mix their own strawberry and chocolate milk if you have kids who like that. read more

Red Beard is a Christ centered coffee shop. It's a little pricey, but I is the only and best place in Dodge to get a good cup of coffee. They alternate exotic coffee beans that keeps the customer coming back for more. They do a good job with the traditional coffee based drinks, and they come up with quite a few unique ones (try "captain cranberry). The staff is friendly and pretty reliable. If your looking for good coffee or conversation, then you should swing by. read more

I am in town once a week and I have made this my weekly stop. The coffee is wonderful wether you have it iced or hot, the pastries are so good, the staff is always friendly and helpful and the building has been renovated and is very unique. This is a great little coffee house! I highly recommend it to anyone that loves coffee. I ordered a caramel brûlée and got steamed milk and coffee. There was no syrup or any flavoring at all. The girl behind the counter was more interested in singing with the radio than waiting on us. How do you forget the syrup? If Natasha is not in and, she wasn't don't waste your time or money. I've been in when she was there and it's much better. read more
