Then, you notice the delightful display of freshly made meat pies and quiches to your left and fresh, homemade donuts, banana nut bread, pie and pastries to your right. There is also a menu of breakfast items and lunch fare on trendy chalkboards to choose from. Sue, owning a lovely Australia accent, graciously explained each item in the glistening glass case. The individual portioned Shook Pie, Shepard's pie and Quiche, were equally visually amazing, making my selection difficult. I chose the Schook pie. Comfort food derived from Sue's family recipes. Delicious individually crafted pastry pie filled with chicken, a delicate cream sauce, soft hints of garlic and savory vegetables. Each bite...Perfection! My husband, Jeff, chose a freshly created BLT from the lunch menu. After taking a bite, his description, "it is incredible!'
