They are attentive, caring and kind from the teachers to the office staff (Amy is a rockstar - also a precious teacher to my oldest) to the owners Alexis and Paul. My oldest and I moved to South Carolina for what we thought was forever, but ended up being just a few months, and returned to my daughter RUNNING into her teacher's arms and me getting a big hug from the owner Paul. We knew we were home at that moment. The educational program they follow meant both of my kids entered public schools WELL AHEAD of their classmates. And the teacher turnover is minimal as even after more than 7 years both of my kids had many of the same teachers (AND they remembered my oldest daughter and still recalled specific stories!) My youngest was born just before the pandemic began and entered JTots at about 2 years old. The change in her was DRASTIC after just a few weeks. She went from crying anytime she saw a stranger to open arm hugging everyone. We are going to go back for a visit this week to say hello to her teachers while we're on winter break because she misses them like crazy (especially Jinan!) I also referred a coworker and her son to JTots and they are still there. Her son has some health and learning concerns and she says he is excelling ever since going to JTots.

We have since left due to many issues with the owners NOT the teachers. Writing a bad review is not something I ever do, but I feel like it's necessary after all that happened to warn other parents. We had many issues with our checks being deposited whenever they felt convenient for them (over the course of a year)- we are talking a month later (they do not offer online payments).When the issue was discussed, and I stated that the parents are expected to pay each week, therefore they should be depositing our checks weekly, the response was less than friendly. Stating I needed to be better at balancing a checkbook, even though they were being extremely unprofessional. In addition, prices have increased 3 times in the past year (with very little explanation). Many parents were frustrated but understood due to inflation and figured the teachers deserved more money; so we stayed because the care our children were receiving was phenomenal. Summer came and the lunches WE PAY FOR in our weekly tuition were taken away and we were required to provide lunch for our children, while STILL paying the same tuition. When brought to their attention, there was no straight answer given. Where was our money going? Not to the teachers like we assumed, so where?The final straw was them taking away the toddler room and moving all the young toddlers into the room with the babies. This was not only unsafe, but an unrealistic expectation for the teachers. I felt like what once was an amazing center has turned into a chaotic, money hungry business. The teachers are underpaid, understaffed and overworked. The happiness in the center had dissipated and we finally had enough and left, along with MANY other families that have been there for years. The amazing teachers that we love so dearly have also left (these teachers have all been here for years and were long-term employees). There is a REASON why parents and teachers are not staying at this center. It is saddening, disheartening and was a tough decision to leave. I wish that the owners would open their eyes and realize that they are the problem and are the reason for staff leaving and parents pulling their children from this center.

She truly gets to know each individual family. The center is nationally accredited, a rigorous process that takes into account many variables, so they are vigilant. It is a larger center, but each room consists of 8-12 children. They have a large outdoor space, which we love, and take the kids out multiple times per day weather permitting. The staff are amazing, each teacher is so passionate about working with kids and they plan the most creative and fun activities. Every time I see what they are doing, I am blown away with the crafts that they do with such simple materials. Our son thrives there- we are completely confident that he is not only in a space that is safe and loving, but one that will help foster learning and that appreciates him and his personality. No center is perfect and there are, of course, some improvements that can be made. But the key is open communication and we have found that whenever we bring up any concerns we have, the management and staff are eager to work with us. It's a great feeling to know that we are all on the same team and have the same goal in mind: to make sure that the kids are comfortable and happy!

I was a mess leaving her but all the staff were so supportive and understanding.Now that she's a bit older, drop off is no hassle as she happily goes with the staff. I never hesitate to contact them or ask a question during the day (and they always are quick with a reponse!). -The app is a wonderful tool. It makes it easy to communicate with the teachers/them with you. If you get to work and realize you forgot to tell them something, it's so easy to let them know. -The curriculum they follow is fun and educational. Every week we get pictures and notes of all the fun things our kid did. Even though she's not even 1, they have her painting and exploring things! I think she has more fun there than at home some day. -The teachers always know what happened if there's an incident, which as my daughter learns to stand/walk, are bound to occur. She has never come home with a random scratch or bruise and no explanation. -The cameras are great (especially at first). Leaving a 12 week old was so difficult and having the cameras to look in on her really helped. Now it's just fun to pop in and see how she's doing. It makes me feel less cut off from her. -We feel very safe having her here. It was a tough decision to send her back during covid, but we have had nothing but a positive experience. I even saw a staff member sanitizing a high chair, a baby put one hand on it when the staff member went to put it away, and she sanitized it all over again. The staff is always wearing masks. All the safety protocols in place made me comfortable enough to send her back. We are so happy to have Everbook on our Team!

The hours are also better than some other places, where you can bring your child in anytime from 6:30am to 6:30pm. Our children love going here, I'm a big fan that they provide the lunches and snacks for the kids (one less thing to have to worry about), and they use an app where you can get real-time updates about how your child is doing as far as meals, diapers, naps, etc. Some of the teachers are more or less on top of sending you a photo of your kid to you too. You can also use it to send messages to the teachers too. Outside each classroom they have a post of what the daily schedule is, plus what are the activities for each day. Recently, our child comes home with usually at least 1 project from the day, usually drawing or painting, etc. However, there are times I visit my child during when the schedule says they'll be doing some activity, to find the kids mostly having free roaming time. The negatives are that there does seem to be a lot of staff turnover, especially in the infant room, though the lead teachers are stable, the assistant teachers changed over at least 4 times in the course of one year. I also don't like that they dont ever announce any of this, so you have no clue if they went away on vacation and then to realize a few weeks later that they must have left. Similar to one of the older posts from a few years ago, it still rings true, where our child has been called out to go home early because they thought she had the various illnesses that were going around the school. Each time we pulled her out, brought her to the pediatrician, who confirmed she was fine and didn't have the symptoms of the illness they said they thought she had.
