We feel so lucky to have found Rosey's Romper Room for the 3-year-old preschool year. When we first…read morecame last fall, we were hesitant and honestly a little anxious after a terrible experience at another local preschool program. What we were hoping for was simply a safe, nurturing place where our child would be loved while they learned and grew--and Rosey's gave us that and so much more. The teachers are warm, patient, and genuinely invested in every child. They take the time to get to know each student, encourage independence, and celebrate the little victories along the way. The balance of structured learning and playful exploration is perfect--our child came home excited to share songs, crafts, and stories, and we could see confidence, creativity, and social skills blossoming throughout the year. As parents, we appreciated the clear communication, the thoughtful updates, and the sense of community that Rosey's fosters. It truly feels like a family. Our child thrived here, and it's bittersweet to see this year come to a close because it has been such a joyful and meaningful experience for all of us. We cannot recommend it enough!

The girls have not had a relationship with their Nanny since when they were just infants. Knowing the environment at home is at a 'good place' is an invaluable aspect when we are away at work. My wife and I are both working through this Pandemic as our industry's are qualified as an Essential Service. I especially am away from home more as my company is a partner with FEMA to transport aid/supplies to areas of need during this Pandemic. We have used a nanny in our home for 15 years. Some have been found by a family friend, word-of-mouth, Care and Nanny Services. As with any family who utilize a Nanny there are stories. But the story for us has stopped with Lena. Comparing our experiences with what we have encountered with Lena is like night and day. Knowing first hand the service you will experience with Lena is very hard to come by. My only regret is that we did not find each other sooner, like 9 years ago. But we would not have found _________ and the girls enjoy her very much. The difference in Lena's Service from other Nanny Companies is her dedication to 'the match'. This is not a, "quick, let's fill a home with a warm body type of service". Nor should it be. Do personalities conflict sometimes, absolutely. But the choices placed in front of us was comforting to minimize this. After the match Lena remained in contact and does what she says she will do. Yet another quality that is rare to find. Christopher and Nicole.

First, this is a woman run business and it is run VERY well. The owner makes sure that she complied with all laws and rules and ensures that her staff does the same. I have never gone there and the center hasn't been clean, I am weird, I even looked in the bathroom when touring for the second time prior to going there to see if they really did clean. They were spotless and did not smell. The staff is very warm and inviting and they treat you as if you are their family. They are open with anything going on in the center, even if things may not directly affect you. The staff takes very good care of the children, they teach them in everything they do, whether it is pointing and saying what an object is or having their daily curriculum. ( they even do this at an infant level ) Since the pandemic, the owner and the staff have ramped up their cleaning, which is amazing because they were very meticulous prior to the pandemic. I was very scared as to whether if not I should send anyone to school and let me tell you, the Paradigm family stepped up even before the orders were issued by the governor. They wear masks, clean even more often, have masks at the front if someone outside of the Paradigm pod has to come into the building. They keep up on communication of new rules and practices they are implementing just to keep everyone informed and safe. I will continue to recommend Paradigm anyone that asks where they should send their children. Not just for the academic portion, but for the love they show every child. My little one loves it here and asks to go to shool multiple times a day and when we get there, barely says goodbye before running in ( they are just learning how to speak. ) everyday. If you are looking for a place where you can breathe not just during this pandemic but everyday, I highly recommend The Paradigm Family. Yes, I am a REAL parent and yes, all my little ones will be going here!

Btw if you're wondering what Emily I'm referring to in this review, she's the trailer trash looking chick who always colors her hair, wears dingy gym shoes and has a raspy voice. The best thing I did for my child was taking him to a new school. The staff there were so incompetent it was ridiculous. The amount of times I had to make sure my child got his lunch because they had given his lunch to another before. Or I had to call the manager because the staff had sent my child's belongings (WHICH WERE LABLED) home with another child tells you how incompetent they were. The owner Sheryl Westerdale also doesn't take the safety of these children seriously. The last two incidents: My son told me Emily "pulled him really hard on his cot during nap time". Those are my child's words btw. He said he was talking and if you know any better like I do, it sounds like she was annoyed his was talking and forcefully pushed him across the floor. They checked the cameras but claimed they could not see anything because it was dark. Then after, a few days later...I picked up my child from school and he had thumbtacks in his HAT! The explanation that I had gotten was so ridiculous. Apparently, EMILY claims that my son had knocked them over and she cleaned them up. Well, HOW DID THEY GET INSIDE OF HIS BOOK BAG and INSIDE OF HIS HAT?! One time I asked them to make sure my child's shoes were tied so he wouldn't hurt him. Emily tried to get my child kicked out of the center saying I "yelled" at them. How about you do your job and parents won't have to say anything?! Do yourself a favor and send your child somewhere you don't have to worry about them. You'll be happy to avoid the stress.
