I had a deeply upsetting experience at this salon with a technician named Lee. From the moment I sat down, he was extremely rude, snapping his fingers at me to give directions instead of speaking. The situation escalated when he heard me speaking my native language on the phone. He made derogatory remarks about it and showed clear hostility. When I calmly addressed his behavior and asked for professional treatment, Lee became aggressive, started shouting, and ultimately refused to finish my manicure. He left my nails completely unfinished and without polish. It is unacceptable for a business to treat customers this way or to mock someone's language. I felt discriminated against and unsafe due to his hostility. I strongly advise everyone to avoid this place, especially if you expect to be treated with basic human decency.

Price was not ever really discussed like most places will quote you a price for how many(I was not there). According to other professionals I consulted with later the highlights were 2" wide, went to the root, were very heavy around her face and a step in the process must have been missed leaving her orange/gold. When it was done she was charged $160 & she did pay it not knowing how to handle the situation. That is a large amount.. I spoke with the hair stylist GLORIA and discussed the issues stating we were paying to get it fixed somewhere else. I stated that I believe she deserves money for her time however I feel she was taking advantage of a 17 yr working 3 jobs and would meet her in the middle at $80 back. My answer was a firm NO. Cutting Corners is definitely a good name for THIS experience and that hair stylist.Here I can put the pictures.. what 160 paid for and the idea she wanted to the wonderful correction that was made later by a wonderful hair stylist I would gladly give out her name!!
