Today's experience was the worst…read moreby far; the customer service was terrible, the technicians were very rude, and my nails were subpar. I went in for a normal no chip manicure & pedicure. The tech for the pedicure painted my nails before he did the pedicure. I asked him not to continue with the pedicure after my nails were painted, but was charged for the full pedicure I didn't get. Then the tech that did my nails was so rude when I mentioned that I didn't want s fill in on the overlay I previously had. I just a no chip manicure on my natural nails (which was mentioned to the guy when I walked in and my pedicure technician incase they wanted to soak my nails during the pedicure I didn't get). He then took a plastic nail tip and tried to pry the acrylic off my nail that way, because he didn't want to take the time to soak the acrylic off. I told him it hurt, he huffed at me and made it clear I was an inconvenience when he had to stop and soak off the acrylic. Fast forward to the end because this is getting to long, my nails are uneven, the paint is thick, the tips are jagged and there's cotton and acrylic stuck on my fingers from him trying to get the acrylic off. I wouldn't give any stars if I could, this was by far my worst nail experience, and I will not be returning.

All I did was a fill and kept my length so she wouldn't have to do a-lot, no gelx just regular powder w chrome French tip. Read my review

Right off the bat, she was not even remotely friendly or welcoming, no apology for the wait. Frankly, she acted like it was a pain that I was there for a service. The haircut itself wasn't the worst.. not great but passable.. but the shampoo was horrible. Very rough, soaked my shirt. She rinsed out the shampoo and told me we were done. I was paying attention closely because of how bad the shampoo was going so I know she didn't do conditioner. I asked about conditioner and she argued that she did it but if I wanted it to sit on my head for second she would do it. I assured her that she hadn't done that step but she rudely argued again.. pretty unprofessional and embarrassing to do in front of other stylist and customers. I have had worse haircuts but the service and attitude of the team is why I won't be back.

The technician used a drill on my nails, and now my nails are incredibly weak, thin, and damaged. I've never had this issue before, so I'm really disappointed that a "professional" salon would do this. Not only did the drill cause damage, but the overall service was terrible. The technician was a great person, but seemed rushed and didn't pay attention to detail. My nails are uneven, and the polish chipped as soon as I got in the car. I've had many manicures in the past, but I've never walked out with such poor results. To make matters worse, the salon wasn't very clean. At this point, I'm just hoping I can repair my nails. I definitely won't be coming back and I would advise others to stay far away if they care about the health of their nails

It also had a led light component which I haven't done before. They don't use any steam, instead they remove each mask with warm wash cloths. Sammy did my facial. She was very friendly and walked me through each step she was doing. She was also fine with not talking at all if I wanted. Definitely worth trying! You can't beat the offer price.
