I was in dire straits when my brother informed me he needed a last minute, late night ride from the PGH airport to my mom's house for the holiday. I was under the weather, and he could not secure a confirmed ride from the typical ride share companies due to the last minute and after midnight arrival. I was thrilled when my search for last minute airport transportation connected me to Reliant. Not only was George, my contact who answered a direct dial available, but also he was knowledgeable, professional, friendly and funny. I was able to secure the ride for my brother immediately, and the fare was remarkably fair! I received updates on the pickup and delivery of my sibling and feel confident that Reliant has a solid service for typical and unique transportation needs. My brother, who is a world traveler, said that George has a clean car, was on time, didn't fall asleep at the wheel, knew shortcuts, engaged in yinzer babble, and declined an additional tip as I had already settled the bill. Reliant was one of those companies. The first company (Integrity) responded within an hour of the request being made on 20 July. Waited a few days and received no response from Reliant for a quote. Oh to have a 100% response rate on yelp is the only thing that I could surmise. Honestly, if it takes a couple of weeks to inform someone that your service is not available even after that request was driven through yelp, then perhaps you should consider deactivating the "Request A Quote" feature on Yelp. If I wanted to talk to someone to book a service, I would go back to 1985, locate a White Pages phone book, and a push button landline phone and waste a few hours.

I also had to call him the day of and have him pick me up at a different location, as I was running behind. The party bus was clean and and spacious. We were able to connect with bluetooth to the speaker system. Ron made it so easy and flawless! Ron was reliable, responsive, flexible, and so so so helpful. I'm so thankful a friend recommended me to him and cannot wait to book him for future events! I only have one blurry photo to add. The price is very reasonable, as well. They had my wedding colors inside the Hummer limo too. The reason I am leaving 3 stars is just about the Hummer limo itself. It was supposed to fit 18 people. My husband and I had the seat at the end in the middle, so it left not much space for my bridal party. There was 10 adults and 2 children. It just seemed very squashed. Not extremely squashed, but probably recommend getting the party bus if you have 12 in your party not including the bride and groom. The main reason for the 3 stars is because of the AC. I know it was about 80 that day and I understand there we a lot of people in the Hummer, but it was very hot when it was just my girls and I (which was only 6 adults). If you are planning to have your wedding in the summer I don't recommend the Hummer because the AC barely worked. But they were extremely nice and I would recommend another way of transportation from this company.

The pictures on the website looked nice but what a disappointment and embarrassment to me as I was the person booking it. It was old, dirty and had absolutely no shocks at all. Every bump on the road sent the beverages we were holding splashing all over the place. Lights were hanging down from the ceiling, carpet around the bottom of the bench seats had pulled away in numerous places and there were dirty looking crumbs or leaves on the seats. As we started up a hill, the bus was leaving a trail of smoke behind us and then started coming into the inside. We made the driver pull off the highway and then it stopped and we were able to make it to continue to our destination. The driver was a nice man and competent driver but was dressed in jeans and a tee shirt-not professional! We were not a group of young guys going out for a bachelor party, we were a group of professionals and business owners. I was totally embarrassed and humiliated that I was the one responsible for the booking. I tried calling the owner to complain but they did not answer and the message system was full! How convenient!

He not only text me when he arrived at their home to pick them up, but also once he dropped them off at the airport. He then text me in Punta Cana informing me that our flight was on time and that he would be waiting for them at the Hertz counter and the time he would be there.
