My first visit was rushed--the barber (who no longer works there) sped through my haircut, ignored my requests, and seemed more focused on finishing quickly than delivering quality work. Wanting to give the shop another chance, I booked an appointment today with Miland. Simply put--he is not ready to be a professional barber. While he's a nice guy, his skills and professionalism need serious improvement. My 1:45 PM appointment dragged on until 3:37 PM--nearly two hours for a standard haircut. He continuously dropped his tools, struggled to understand the style I wanted (despite showing multiple reference photos), and was extremely distracted throughout the appointment. To make matters worse, he was taking phone calls during my haircut regarding another client, who had a 2:30 PM appointment but eventually walked out after waiting 30 minutes. He also kept chatting with people walking in and out, which made the experience even more unprofessional. This shop needs to set higher standards or provide better training to their barbers. If you're looking for a reliable, professional haircut, I'd strongly recommend going elsewhere until they improve.
