The store itself is fully stocked and had some great stuff that I was interested in buying, but the attitude of the owner ruined the experience. There are many other stores in town that have better products for the price they sell their second hand items that comes with a genuine smile.

I brought in good-condition name-brand clothing and shoes from brands like Polo, Nike, Patagonia, and RVCA, and was offered an extremely low amount for it. The employees seemed to have little understanding of clothing quality, brand value, or what actually sells. It felt like they were judging items based on personal taste rather than their actual resale value. I understand that a thrift store needs to make money, but the offers were nowhere near reasonable for the quality of the clothing. If you have good name-brand clothes to sell, I'd recommend going somewhere else or selling them yourself.

One thing about this shop is that everything is well merchandised and properly compartmentalized. There are certain sectioned off areas which feature specific items. The clothing is better than much of what you would find at your local Goodwill and the prices are about the same. They have everything you would expect a decent thrift shop would have, but everything looks in better condition than you would see at a Goodwill. And once you find everything you wanna purchase, you spin the wheel to see how much you can save, up to 50% if you're lucky. Even if you have a good rapport with them and have done them favors like donate a mannequin bust so they have a hat mannequin and return to them a Johnny Was top because they priced it incorrectly (They had $12 on it and I was going to buy it but then they realized their mistake and I gladly returned it to them so they could price it correctly). None of these things are taken into consideration if you need a favor. Aside from that the store is in & of itself well organized but if you buy to resell it's not worth it since they research all their merchandise. Most is overpriced in my opinion. Just make sure if you consign there to keep up with the expiration because of you want it back you'll pay for it!!

Then Kim, walked away. I was in shock and just left. I came back around to get her name and another lady said something about telling the manger and said oh, she was probably playing how did Kim, stated I told her that was not professional or respectful and told her I lost my job, and I already felt bad my eyes full of tears. I didn't want to break down at Macys. I came home I called the executive office at Macy's and spoke to Giselle, and she, stated she would be contacting Jennifer, which I advised her I had spoken to a manager, the manager stated Kim, was a vender. Giselle, said yes, she is a vendor for Versace. I told her that Kim was not being professional and that's no way to speak to any customer. I had lost my job playing or not. I never invited her into my conversation. I do not think that is funny. I was crying when I came home at my age 54. just because the woman named Kim, works for Versace, does not give her the right to treat customers like me or any customer like that.
