My car wasn't pulled into the garage until 11:30am and when I asked the service counter about the delay, they told me another car had taken longer than usual and they had to finish with that car before starting on mine. I was having a "rock chip shield" installed which should have taken 30 minutes. At 12 noon I asked again if my car was ready and they told me not quite yet as they were having trouble getting the rock shield to stay on on hood. They ended up taking the first rock shield off and trying a new different one, which fit. The whole process took about 2 hours and I was not impressed. I have since sold my Honda and moved to a different vehicle, which I love. Probably won't buy another Honda as they are WAY too expensive. And although I do agree that Honda vehicles are high quality cars, the astronomical price you pay is for the Honda logo.

They straight up lied about repairs they said they did to remedy this, they didn't do the repair at all but charged me a deductible on warranty. The truck still had issues just the same and to include broken leaf springs and shocks. they installed the motor in worn mounts, she stinks like coolant, they replaced the grill shutters (or so they say they did), they replaced the steering column-the wheel now sits crooked. I have had this truck in their shop numerous times and the problems persist. I have been told to avoid driving it too much and to not drive it when it's hot. I took it to two other shops to diagnose but Wheaton ignored what was found and actually argued with me. I came to find out that their used sales guy has been charged with stealing millions in mutual funds. They do not criminal record checks on their staff. This guy even asked me to send him a picture of my credit card! The icing on the cake is that I got it back from the shop the last time with the back bumper punched up from underneath that now blocks my tailgate from opening. First wash of the truck revealed scratches from the front to back bumper yet no reports of accidents? Do not buy from this dealership. The lady in the service department is also abrasive and rude and dismissI've. Horrible all around. Biggest regret I have is ever walking in those doors. They got a low mileage Ram on trade in, that they grossly underpaid for. So they come out on top and I am stuck with a truck with piles of issues.

So she arranged for me to have a loaner, however at the 30 min before I was to drop my vehicle off at the dealership I get a call from Enterprise to confirm if I still need the loaner and that I will have use my credit card to put a 300 dollar deposit for it and that I would be responsible for the gas that I use with the loaner. Excuse me but you have a whole fucking parking lot with vehicles that I could have used while you fixed my vehicle the second time and lord knows hopefully correctly this time. MGM Ford is my preferred shop when I am in the Red Deer area…read more This week I took my Ford F-150 in to get MGM to check why the vehicle was low on power steering fluid, diagnose a noise in the front end, and for an oil change. Turns out the truck needed a power steering rack. The mechanic also noticed the rear differential was leaking. Both were fixed under warranty. (The steering problem was originally repaired by another dealer.) Unfortunately the mechanic was unable to discover why a ratcheting noise was happening in the front end at random times. It is suspected that the mechanism that locks and releases the front hubs is having difficulty but nothing that can be proven. The visit does provide documentation in the event something fails after the powertrain warranty expires. I have visited MGM a few times over the past ten years and am over all satisfied.

The mechanic they had tried to tell me that my van needed brakes, tires, suspension, and squeaky back doors. What a joke, I had brakes redone and checked,all good, doors don't squeak, suspension is just because I didn't put wd40 on the rubber seals on the doors. Tire are winter tires, because I don't drive it very much, and that is also why the brakes makes a noise, they told me that when I had it checked. They use a material now that if you don't use your vehicle much they make that noise. What they offered me was totally unreasonable, because they thought they were dealing with someone they could pull the wool over their eyes. When we confronted them on the issues not fixed and the extra costs out of our pocket, we were told that they would no longer work on our unit. Got to love their customer service.
