I was driving through on my way to Mendocino and wanted to pick up some goodies for my camping trip. It was my birthday and I was traveling with my senior pup. I found this dispensary by a random google search, saw the glowing reviews and decided to stop in. Not only did they have great prices but the owners took their time to chat with me, learn more about me, the desired feelings I was looking for, and give me recommendations on products. It's not fun spending your birthday entirely in your car and have little human interaction (I was driving up from Los Angeles) but this kind conversation with the owners really made my day! The security guard told me there were two more registers in the store and encouraged me to go in. Well, I picked the wrong register and walked into an (unsigned) off limits area. MY BAD. Security guard could have gotten out of her chair and stopped me. Instead SHE SHOUTED AT ME AS IF I WERE A DOG. There was no emergency, I was not stealing, you are not the police and I am neither a basic trainee nor a dog. I brought this to the supervisor's attention and pointed out this was not the first time I've seen this employee shout at a customer. They both said it didn't happen. It was all my fault. Supervisor spoke down to me. Review your security tapes - I have a photographic memory. Take your business elsewhere.
