Over the past few years my dispensary of choice has been Solful in Sebastopol. They have a small sales area with a limited selection of various cannabis products. All good quality brands. But they don't carry live plants, nor pipes and a few other things that I've wanted to buy. I kept returning because it's my wife's favorite shop. Well, my first visit to Flora Terra was a delight. The selection of products is 70% more copious than Solful. Many more brands of cartridges, sublingual tablets, topicals, pre-rolls, packaged flowers, etc... I came to buy a live plant as I enjoy the hobby aspect of it and enjoy the satisfaction of using flowers that grew in my backyard. I told the helpful employee what effects I was looking for from a strain. She had several Indica babies and teens on the shelf. The plants all look healthy and thriving. She recommended a hybrid that I've never heard of that had a taste & effect description of exactly what I wanted. I also bought a vape cartridge and some THC gummies. Prices were slightly lower than Solful. At check-out I got my senior discount and an invitation to visit for a free lunch and 20% discount day later in the week. Nice folks. Clean shop. Well lighted. Ok listen up fellow stoners- I've ridden cross-country and back again, and I can assure you that shopping for all of your THC/CBD essentials at Flora Terra is unlike any other dispensary shopping experience. I like that FT is tucked away on a cul-de-sac in an industrial area- no traffic or need to contend with others for parking. The first time I walked through FT's doors, I thought that for sure that I was truly walking into my own Willy Wonka Factory. When you check in at the door, you're handed a plastic bin. All of FT's products are out on open display. No need to have a Budtender go behind glass or to a back area for your product. It's all RIGHT THERE for you to take and read and carry around. I can grab that GDP cart I had my eye on, but then find a Blackberry Kush I prefer. I can swap it out with no fuss. I can take my time looking up strains without having one budtender assigned to me, like every other dispensary I've been to. I always feel so pressured to hurry up, especially when there's a long line. FT takes away all that pressure and stress by having their Budtenders float around. They're there to help you if you have questions or need suggestions, but they're totally cool whether I spend 1.5 hours in their store comparing strains, or 1.5 minutes picking up my online order. I am very disappointed with the service. I bought sleep gummies and there are usually 10 to a package. This time I bought the same thing and I took one out at bedtime and slept great. By the third night I realized I only had one left. I shook out the bag ad that was it. So, next day I went in and told them that this package wasn't full. She said she would talk to the manager. I just drove over there again and manager said if I came back right away she would give me credit. Well first of all I didn't know I was shorted and at 10 at night I don't think I am going to be heading to their store so it was like 3 days later that I realized I only had one left. The too long didn't read version - I find this location to be downright wholesome. Friendly faces and fine products. That's all this cannabis boutique has to offer. I'll tell you what I'm not hating it. Being able to buy cannabis so casually is just fantastic. This is a nonthreatening shopping experience, run by some local residents of Sonoma county. The open floor plan and self serve shopping is definitely a rarity in this industry but it a welcomed change of pace. There is a large window into a grow room that's certainly eye catching. I stopped in a few weeks ago and wanted to try their in-house flower because I had read some things online. Was fairly empty and the staff seemed rather moody, but honestly not really a big concern for me. I get in and get out and don't really prefer small talk. Solid little dispensary! Walking in they provide a temperature check as well as a spritz of hand sanitizer, which eased me a little bit wanted to check out stuff on the shelf. You can pick stuff off the shelf yourself, and put it in a basket just like the grocery store. Nice vibe they have inside. They've had a couple slip ups, but im forgiving. My lady ordered curbside pick up and didn't check the bag before coming home. She got home to an EMPTY eighth jar, still tamper sealed (thank goodness). I was pretty blown away that they would put an empty jar in a bag without noticing. Definitely thinned the ice for my patience, but mistakes happen. read more

I've found Flora Terra to be really good and the prices are much more fair than some of the competition.

They used to respect customers here, but I guess since they've reached a certain level of notoriety and success, they no longer care about treating their customers with respect and courtesy. I complied and accepted their hand sanitizer upon entrance, I opened my hand partially, fully receiving their hand sanitizer and applied it glistening all over my hands, applying thoroughly. A Flora Terra employee said to me, "I better not give him shit next time", for not opening my hand wide enough to their satisfaction when receiving their hand sanitizer. I explained to them that I had plenty of sanitizer smother all over my hands and was still able to apply the sanitizer effectively, but they didn't care. They singled me out and chastised me for not opening my hands wider than I already did. I continued shopping but mentioned that there was no reason to cuss at a customer, especially for not accepting hand sanitizer exactly the way they preferred and that it should have been sufficient that I WAS accepting their hand sanitizer, and effectively spread it all over my hands. I later came back another day, and the same employee apologized for his behavior and acknowledged that he was completely out of hand, and the way I accepted their hand sanitizer that day was acceptable. Then I come in several days later and a supervisor named Alisa/Alyssa, (i think was the supervisor's name) absolutely discriminated against me and completely harassed me at the entrance without any provocation. She instantly started giving me a hard time when I couldn't open my hand all the way open when accepting their hand sanitizer, and immediately started to aggressively escalate the situation. Apparently she didn't get the memo that her employer/co-worker had already personally apologized to me and resolved the previous misunderstanding when their employee cussed at me, because she proceeded to threaten to kick me out if I still had an attitude, and that I was walking on thin ice. I couldn't believe my eyes and ears! She lied and said that I was the one who was causing the problems in the prior incident, of which they APOLOGIZED TO ME for! It was so bizarre how she used her white privilege to lie to her co-workers/employer/everyone there that day, and say the complete opposite of what actually happened. I left and was so mad/sad this happened to me, I had to come right back to get her name. When I came back I saw she was putting on a good show of waterworks/fake tears for her coworkers and making it look like she was some kind of victim, after literally publicly harassing and humiliating me upon entering their store - for no reason whatsoever. When I came back to ask for her name, it was clear I interrupted her in the middle of fabricating her story to her co-workers with fake tears, because as soon I came back in, the tears stopped instantly, and her whole demeanor changed to emotionless, which was her true state, not the state of some one genuinely crying. Unfortunately, as a Mexican, I truly feel this was an incident of discrimination as I was singled out by this female supervisor who continued to treat me like a criminal, for no other reason I can imagine, other than just because she didn't like the color of my skin. Absolutely unbelievable. I am ashamed I used to shop here. I've never been treated which such disrespect like this, at any store, ever. I will never spend a dollar here again, and if you're against racism and discrimination, I suggest you don't shop here either. You'll find better prices, quality, customer service, options, and be treated with more respect at any other dispensary in Santa Rosa. Seriously, they'd escort you to this dumpster fire in a limo. When you think medical cannabis or regulated recreational cannabis you would think every provider would go above and beyond industry standards; not Flora Terra. They go below and beyond. Cutting edge technology? Yeah right! The place and plants are riddled with HPLVD which could easily be eradicated with an in house TC system. If you've been in the store more than once you've likely seen the poor ailing plants behind the glass wishing they were anywhere but Flora Terra. Their house brand nugs Sunny Daze are always smashed like they've been stepped on and picked off the floor... I wonder why...
