Richard and Joe's team knocked down a wall and transformed a previously unusable space to an inviting living space and expansion of our kitchen. Of course with any renovation project we ran into unforeseen issues (hvac needed to be moved, plumbing fixed, and salvaging the wood floors by filling in the areas where the wall had been removed with walnut), however the team always had a creative and cost effective solution.
