Since my last review, Drew has sent me several intimidating, threatening, hateful and disturbingly…read moreprejudiced e-mails focusing on the fact that I am a disabled older woman and he does not like the fact that I posted a bad review and all those photos of his very shoddy work. The threats are to intimidate me into removing them. Due to the nature of his background, which unfortunately I found out about after I contracted with him, I am really quite frightened that harm may come to me, my 89 year old mother or my home. The police were able to get back a piece of equipment that was taken and not paid for, but they were unable to recover the back pack blower. So, if anything happens to us or my property this is the person who will be responsible. My fence is now 3 weeks old and large sections are literally bowed out and falling off. I have reinforcement pieces holding the fence back. So much of the fence was secured with only one or two screws for a 6 foot slat. The rubber base was only secured in a few places and now large sections have come away from the entire parameter of the fence. I can no longer open one of the gates as this is one of the sections that has bowed out almost completely from the posts. Drew damaged all but two of my posts (they are now split down the length) from him banging on them and not knowing how to remove the old fencing and nails and they were in very good shape before he started work. On one whole side of the fence the slats were all put in slanting to the left, so the fence looks like it is doing the wave. The tops were cut off by Drew so all of this material cannot be re-used. This man tried to con me into setting up an account with his tax ID number and to use my credit card at a wholesale nursery. I was to pick out what I wanted, leave my card on file, he would pick up filler plants and what ever else was needed, pick everything up for me and then he wanted me to purchase mulch, (what he asked me to get - tell him need to fill an entire long open trailer, would have been enough to cover 5 lawns) and he told me not to have it delivered he would pick it up as he wanted to save me the delivery fee. This is a con artist who prays upon the disabled and elderly. This is how I was conned into giving him payment for the job: Drew tells me he has not paid his workers in awhile as he bills people monthly for cutting lawns. His "crew" will not come back to work the next day and work on his client's lawns unless he pays them and therefore, he will not be able to come back the next day and fix what is necessary as he will have to cut lawns. Tells me, I'm going to make your home look beautiful and don't forget I'm giving you such a discounted rate for the landscaping job. I really need your help, I'll be here tomorrow around 10 or 10:30 and work the whole day to make everything right, I swear I will make sure this fence is perfect, but at least you can let your dogs out now. Don't forget the nursery and the mulch, your house is going to look beautiful, ..... and I handed him the check. He never showed up the next day, calls not answered, e-mail not answered. He shows up on Friday just long enough to remove a few pieces of the old fence, tells me he was so sorry, but don't worry I will be there on Thursday your scheduled in for the entire day and I will have 3 of my guys with me to take care of everything. Don't forget .. make sure you take care of the plants and mulch. Thursday comes and goes and he must be upset that I did not pay for and leave the plants and mulch for him to pick up and steal. I have been told by a few contractors that my fence cannot be salvaged, the posts are now so damaged, the slats are cut off on the tops, a large section slanted and then cut off and cannot be re-used. The 2x4's might be able to be salvaged and used. All Drew had to do was keep his word and fix his mistakes. Instead this man saw me as an easy mark, disabled older woman, can barely get around, what is she going to do. Well this old crippled girl is going to sue you, that's what I'm going to do.

I meet Drew's Cutting Crew when they were doing a Landscaping job for my neighbor. They were the…read moremost hardworking, professional, courteous, and detail-oriented young men that I have met in a very long time. I was totally impressed with how they turned my neighbor's long neglected yard into something beautiful. I then hired them myself to cut down branches from trees in our yard and spray weeds in all of my flower beds. They cut down a lot of branches, cut them up and hauled them all away. I can now look out my kitchen window and see my whole yard again. My husband can mow the lawn and not get hit by low hanging branches. They complete their contracts and their word is solid. I will hire them again and recommend them!

This is one of the only businesses that I felt was not trying to scam us out of more money. If I had a question about anything, they would respond immediately. The work itself was done professionally and efficiently. We had a lot of side projects that needed to be done in one big project, which included drywall repair, entire floor replacement, the entire kitchen had to be redone, and other things. He kept in contact with us and answered every question we had. His crew showed up early for the 2 days it took, and stayed until the sun went down. They were very friendly and I was impressed at how everything was cleaned after each day's work. When there was one small issue I was unsure of, he sent someone right away to take care of it and re-check everything again. He has continually assured me that if any leaks appear, he will be right here to fix it-I like that there is continued support after the job is done! I would highly recommend Travis and his crew. Our roof looks awesome and we are very happy with it and Travis, and the price was in the ball park of other companies we had checked out. Requested lawncare and minor trimming of hedges. Was quoted a good price. Never received the quote…read morein writing (first red flag). Was told I would receive an email to schedule the work. That didn't happen (red flag). Finally I get a scheduled appointment and after waiting all day, no one shows up! I get a text during thr evening with poor excuses and promises for an appointment the next day (flag). The landscaper shows up the next day and just starts work. While he is working I ask if he's aware of the hedge requirements and he say no but, he's got me. Seems to me a phone call should have made but, it wasn't. I go back into my home and when I return to outside of my home all of the hedges are trimmed going far beyond my original request. I received nothing in writing about up charges, pricing for services or at least a notification of the additional cost. Oh yeah the worker didn't know the parameters of the job to start with because there was nothing in writing! I paid the agreed upon price via an electronic invoice. Done deal, right ? I later received an additional invoice for over $200 more! Did I mention I'm a senior on a fixed income? Well I'm mention this to Moreno and Rose via text! Response: that's the price, gas and so on. Then was told I could arrange for a payment. Got some help from my friends and was able to pay the invoice. Late fees of over $60 were added! I DON'T RECOMMEND TO LLC!

It's a pretty decent home service company, however - the workers are very professional and the service is reasonably priced. I haven't called on them for plumbing service, but their heating & A/C people know their stuff. When I've called them to fix my A/C, they've not only fixed my main problem, but have also done other little fixes (e.g., replace a section of insulated ductwork that had a hole in it) or give helpful tips (e.g., use this type of furnace filter, not this other type). Like any home service company, they can get backed up during "crunch" times. If you're calling them because your A/C broke on the first 90-degree day of the year, you're going to wait a few days. In general, though, they're not going to leave you hanging, especially for routine repair work. Their prices are reasonable, though, and their people are knowledgeable - qualities you want when it's someone working on your home.

We called Fletcher to come look at our air conditioner unit, which is a smaller unit we have in our…read morepre-fabricated house. The unit was blowing air, but it was cold. The tech put 2 lbs. of refrigerant in and a die pack and said we have a small leak and the unit was cooling. The unit was cool for about 10 hours. We were charged $470.00. We called the next day, but they couldn't fit us in until the day after we called. When the tech arrived, he was here for 10 minutes and said it was our coil. It's been 3 days and they still have yet to give us a quote to fix the coil!!
