He promptly answered questions about this company and process, and was very accommodating to all of our requests. The day of our event (a Kick-off/Launch Event for our new Women's Ministry program at our church), he and his team member arrived on time, set-up and  did a great job with the people who got their picture taken, or did the 360 video. I have always loved that they respond very promptly, and are great with following up with details or questions regarding the photoshoot/event that I may have missed to mention. Gives me extra assurance that they are on top of their game and that they are as excited as I am. Their photos obviously speaks for themselves, but what made me fell in love with their aesthetics is the way they tell a story through their work. The way they capture emotions and energy really helps me go back into the moment that may have been forgotten in time. I was first exposed to the owner, Robert, as part of a networking event where he captured the essence of people interaction quite nicely. When deciding on if, and then who, I would go with to cover my party, I reached out to Robert. The process from initial contact to event date was very smooth. I was able to utilize Google Checkout for my payments and an over-the-phone chat with Robert the week before my event was all I needed to naildown the types of photographs I wanted for my party. The party was only a 3-hr block, so only one photographer was needed. Robert was prompt and accommodated many of my "take a picture of us" demands :). Definitely would use 'em again!

I met Robert through a mutual friend, Willie Jackson, who had recommended him as a photographer…read more Robert was very flexible when it came to my schedule and moved the meeting several times to accommodate me. This alone would be enough to recommend him, but the photo shoot is where Robert definitely shines. He already had several spots picked out at Piedmont Park, having scouted these prior to our meeting. I haven't visited the park very often so Robert let me know exactly where to park, even offering to meet me and let me follow him to the parking deck. Robert and I walked over to the spot and he talked to me about what he had in mind for the shoot. Then he asked my opinion. I did have some ideas that I thought about offering, but I wasn't sure a professional photographer would want to hear them. He was, however, extremely receptive about hearing what I thought. The session itself went really well. I told Robert that it helps for me to loosen up if he would talk to me while taking shots, which he happily did. This made the whole session so much easier for me. He had three spots picked out and each was better than I anticipated. Robert definitely has the vision as a photographer, while being flexible to my needs, to get the best out of his clients. For example, I told him that I have a "fake smile" that sometimes crops up and Robert caught that little bit of my personality during the shoot. He asked me several times if this shot was a "fake smile." This, in and of itself, loosened me up to display a real smile. If I had to pick one attribute that I would look for in a photographer, aside from the ability to take great pictures (which Robert has) it would be the ability to make the client feel at ease and Robert definitely has this trait.
