The bagels were cheap, but when I saw the size, I understood why. A bite in, I could tell they weren't the freshest. They weren't stale, just a bit drier than usual. I did, however, really like the herb cream cheese. I also ordered a mocha, which was pretty mediocre. Service - The staff was polite, though the food took a little longer than expected. I noticed some coughing while we were there, and with flu season going around, it did make me slightly concerned.
