They have a wide selection of cupcakes, cookies, cake and pie slices. I had two cup cakes and a delightful cinnamon roll!

Customer service could do WAY better! Training should address this at the back end for sure. With…read morethe priority on to go, they may not last long without proper service. Our order was taken and we watched as a female employee did to go/mobile orders while they have in store customers standing right in front of them. We waited a solid 12 minutes for ours while they made the other orders first of those not even in store. The girl making the orders didn't not even speak or look up at us. Atmosphere feels outdated and vintage; not my cup of tea really.. The offerings are nice: sandwiches, drinks of various type & ice cream. The ice cream was a mid-basic rolled ice cream. Had your toppings and drizzle and that was about it. Nothing elaborate for 2 rolled ice creams at $17(pricey for that honestly). Very hard & could barely get a bite with my spoon. It's okay... 3/5 stars.

Service was fine, nice. The 3 stars is for the inside/ambiance. There was no music or any sounds besides us whispering. Felt like we weren't supposed to be there. But even more than that... there's a yellow sofa in the corner that is really gross. Like, dirty, had an odor... we took our order to go bc of it. It was really off putting. Maybe the music was an off thing but the whole sofa corner, supposed to be inviting and cozy, was gross.

Over the years on these vacations Toby and I have stopped in a handful of donut shops we were told…read morewere the best in the area. Whether it's wanting to take a break from the large platters we have in the morning usually on these trips are just genuinely craving something sweet, most donut shops are just okay. Ralphs was a genuine find. Not only was the glazed exactly like in an old-fashioned--the sourdough taste and such good nook and crannies texture-wise--but that maple bar was probably the best one I've ever eaten. The donut was soft and pillowy with a good chew to it. But that maple topping was like the perfect texture; it was runny but still had real heft to it. It was like someone put pure molten maple on top and if you shook it too hard like a wet dog it would all just go flying. Every bite I wish I could repeat because it was a donut that seemed to go by too fast. The counter person couldn't have been more friendly. She was like tidal wave of warmth and kindness to us. I wish all folks who worked morning shifts could be this nice. The ambiance was good. It was a little tiny with the counter space. But the fact it is a donut shop and not a restaurant makes the fact they could pack in twenty or so seats at all amazing. And of course they'd be packed with customers sitting shoulder-to-shoulder. If I lived close to a donut shop like this , I'd want to come every morning for my donuts and coffee. I'd definitely get fat here. Overall, this is my ideal donut shop. There's a reason we made the 60 mile drive here for a few donuts and milk, and then drove 60 miles back to the hotel. There are just some donut joints that are worth a 120-mile donut run.

Huge fan of Ralph's Donut Shop! My friend and I randomly stopped by on a road trip and decided to…read moretry a few treats. First of all, I'm not sure if it's because I'm used to Boston prices, but the donuts were super cheap. Guilt-free spending... but lots of calories hehe. If you're here, it's worth trying a bunch! The vibes of the shop were awesome - super old school. You just order at the counter, so it's pretty low touch in terms of service, but the staff seemed super kind. I don't think I'll be back in the area, but I'd totally go back if so!
