Their reputation is so poor that they scare buyers away. You can never get a response from them, and they always manage to act like they are doing you some sort of favour when they actually follow through on their job. It's their job - a mutual agreement wherein a person pays them money to work. Not a favour, an actual job that they seem incapable to do. It's ridiculous. Message me for more info, but I would stay the hell away. It's really sad too that they spend their time and resources padding their reviews with fake high ratings - like, you know that you could use that time to actually work and help your customers, right? Then maybe, just MAYBE you could actually have positive reviews? I sincerely don't understand the mentality of this company, I think the owner needs to deeply reflect on what the hell they are doing with their life. Iman was very understanding, professional, congenial as well as helpful and in my estimation, she deserves credit for the way she handled the matter. Simco is a relatively new management company as of March 2026 that oversees Legacy Gate residents and can honestly state, they are doing an excellent job.
