Iman was very understanding, professional, congenial as well as helpful and in my estimation, she deserves credit for the way she handled the matter. Simco is a relatively new management company as of March 2026 that oversees Legacy Gate residents and can honestly state, they are doing an excellent job. Getting my full security deposit back has been really a nightmare. Power Properties came up with a bunch of made up charges not to return the full amount of the security deposit. You'd be better off renting directly from the owner.
