We appreciated how he appraised our home in a factual way, educating us with current comparables, and explaining how he came to recommend a realistic selling price. He also had a number of services, which we used. He paid for a Home Stager, who walked through our home and gave numerous suggestions to make our home feel more spacious, something that is very difficult for a home owner to do themselves, as they do not see their living space any other way other than how they have been using it. The Home Stager even came back for a second visit, so double check areas. When it was suggested to paint an area, Richard recommended a fabulous Painter who was a perfectionist & therefore did a fabulous job. We borrowed a moving trailer from Richard, which helped to lower expenses, as we did not need to rent one ourselves. Richard was accessible via cell phone constantly. Usually we reached him immediately, but if we did need to leave a message, he returned our phone calls quickly, within the hour. He stuck up for us, helping us avoid a situation before it became difficult and uncomfortable. The only reason Richard does not receive 5 stars is because he was away when our deal was signed, so he was not present to advise. However, he so deserved a few days away, as we saw he works hard for his clients. He did leave a colleague of his to work with us during his absence. Do not be fooled by some Real Estate Agents who try to entice you to sign on as clients, and then have to lower your price as your home does not sell at the initial high price. Also, in this day, every Real Estate Agent should have extras to offer their clients, such as a Home Stager, etc. Great job Richard. We would recommend you to anyone looking for a Real Estate Agent.

I was away last summer where there is internet but I have no printer or desktop. I don't read my emails every day but when I did I noticed a had several emails from a Helena Cooper about some By-Law voting. I am not interested as I'm preparing for Canadian Nationals. I eventually arrive back , fill out the form but am told by neighbours they already voted on it and it most likely wasn't needed. I recycled it. The next week I got a paper package of the same thing. Filled it out and dropped it off. I then receive an email that my lattice is unsightly and to change it immediately. This lattice has been this way for 15 years at least. I'm now being singled out by this woman. I speak to a part owner but she didn't seem that interested. The siding on the front of my condo was missing for more than 6-8 months and that was not deemed unsightly. I have never received a by-law book so I don't know what the by-laws are. They do not care about the people who live here but spend a lot of time looking under your deck to make sure you don't have weeds or something under it. We only own the building and nothing else but must pay out of our own pockets to upkeep the grass and deck in our backyard plus pay a condo fee for upkeep. I DEFINITELY WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY! If they do not like you, look out!
