I eventually arrive back , fill out the form but am told by neighbours they already voted on it and it most likely wasn't needed. I recycled it. The next week I got a paper package of the same thing. Filled it out and dropped it off. I then receive an email that my lattice is unsightly and to change it immediately. This lattice has been this way for 15 years at least. I'm now being singled out by this woman. I speak to a part owner but she didn't seem that interested. The siding on the front of my condo was missing for more than 6-8 months and that was not deemed unsightly. I have never received a by-law book so I don't know what the by-laws are. They do not care about the people who live here but spend a lot of time looking under your deck to make sure you don't have weeds or something under it.
