Now that the snow has begun to melt, we have inspected the yard and discovered a significant amount of sharp metal fragments and shavings scattered throughout the area. It is evident that no protective measures were taken on the ground while cutting metal with a saw. We have collected numerous metal pieces, including at least one fragment approximately one inch in length with extremely sharp edges. This debris presents a serious safety hazard to our family, visitors, and pets. We are extremely concerned about both the failed inspection and the unsafe condition left behind

Hired this builder to do a new acreage build. Cost was high so we assumed good quality. Homeowner…read morebudgets were low (eg $5000 for all appliances) and cheap lower end products often used. Builder was disorganized and not present during last four weeks leaving a long list of deficiencies (30 + items). Owner was not present for final walk through and was demanding a final payment of $140,000 over the contract amount with no change orders to identify what overages were for. One year later and not 1 of the deficiencies have been addressed and the builder is suing us for builder overages.
