I go in weekly to be weighed and talk with a staff person, sometimes a nutritionist and sometimes medical personnel. They are always helpful with whatever I am going through that week. Always positive even if my weight is up that week. I did start using GLP-1 Zepbound shots awhile back as my weight loss plateaued and menopause hit. My insurance covers it - though I did have to try Ozempic first. Ozempic never did much for me so Jumpstart submitted a prior authorization for Zepbound and it was approved eventually. I visit with the BHRT staff once a quarter I think. They always want to know how I am doing with menopause and any symptoms I may be having. I do blood work twice a year so they can look at all my hormone numbers and all the regular blood tests they look at. My insurance does cover part of the Jumpstart costs so its definitely beneficial to look into that.
