    This place is amazing!! I had hard time finding a place where they motivate you, help you every step of the way to get back in shape, to loose weight, and to become a better version of yourself. The workouts are balanced, I do not have to think what I need to do, because they plan the workouts for us and they coach us through them. I wouldn't have done it alone. The team has created a great atmosphere where you actually want to come back. They give you everything for success, all you need is to follow their instructions to the best of their ability. I am very happy happy that The Camp transformation center opened up a location closer to where I live. Now I drive only 15 minutes to the gym. The place is super clean, well maintained and ventilated. Coaches are super supportive and encouraging. I am loosing weight and getting in shape and nothing compares to this feeling! If you need to loose weight - this is a place to go, do not doubt it! Super recommend!!

    Other fun class, different coach same energy .. clases are super good, almost close to the end of the challenge.

    I had a great time working out at the camp. Workout are tough but they are great to keep you in shape.

Right away, I noticed the tight-knit camaraderie. There's a strong sense of community that honestly feels even more connected than other group fitness gyms like F45. As a first-timer, I felt welcomed from the start. The energy is on another level. The headset mic system helps amplify coaching across the large floor space, making the session feel clear and high-energy. Coach Brenden's shout-outs during the workout were electric--you could tell everyone was feeding off it. After class, Kim at the front desk was incredibly helpful--she walked me through a tour and went over my InBody results in detail. That kind of individual attention isn't something you always get, and it really stood out. My wife joined me for the class too (she had to rush out early since she works in Menlo by 6:30 AM), but we were both impressed by the vibe and professionalism. On a personal note--I've admired Brian Nunez from afar since meeting him a couple of times back in the 2006-2008 Club One / Active Sports Club days. It felt full-circle finally stepping into the space he's built. He's become a truly respected leader in the fitness industry, and FNS absolutely reflects that vision. As someone turning 40 this year, raising a 4-year-old and a teen, and down 70+ lbs since April 2024, fitness isn't just about reps for me--it's about reclaiming my life. This is attached to a gymnastics center; therefore, we are able to utilize the whole gym such as the floor, trampoline, balance beams, and pit. I look forward to each class because I know that each workout will be exciting, dynamic, and challenging! She provides a judgement-free environment with zero pressure from others because it's just you and her during the 1:1 sessions. She gives the right amount of push, positive reinforcement, and guidance so you can achieve your own goals. She is firm and demanding, but somehow gentle and understanding at the same time, too. She checks in to see how you're feeling at the start, multiple times during, and at the end of each session. She is attentive, provides clear instructions, models the movements, and is very open to modifying exercises and expectations based on what you personally need. I also love that her gym is smaller than a typical corporate gym. It has a cozier, less intimidating feel to it. Not to worry, though. Her gym is fully stocked and she has everything you need to achieve a full-body workout. In addition to a free consultation (5-10 min talk re: goals + 30 min workout), she offers single sessions or you can buy a package of sessions at a slight discount. In terms of scheduling, she's very accommodating. I've had to change my session to another day several times now and she was really great about squeezing me in on another day of the week. If you're on the fence about signing up, don't be. Lena is nothing like the personal trainer stereotypes out there. She's personable, approachable, knowledgeable, and encouraging. Andrea is an awesome coach who continues to amaze us! Amit, Troy, Chris, Sergey, Marziya, and Jason have all taught me so much in Krav. Ilya's Hyrox and Fighter Flow classes are fun and a great workout! He also has a cook book that explains easy and healthy recipes! Manny's Boot Camp/kickboxing classes are always intense and will leave you sore. James' DEKA class was creative, hard and definitely worth a try! When it comes to fitness, the ideal way is to begin training slow and then gradually increase in intensity. In Xcel tribe the intensity is all time high irrespective of your level of fitness. You may be harming yourself in long run. So if you plan to join, be sure to listen to your body and not overdo things. There sure are pros (like good coaches and overall energetic vibe), but I realized this isn't something I am looking for. PS- Since this is a close knit community, you are likely to see all 5 star reviews. So don't blindly go by numbers. Go for the trial class, see if it is something that would work for you and then decide. There are those who liked it and there are those like me who didn't.
