I just want to give a shout out to Mighty Peace Harley Davidson. Never once have you screwed up on…read moremy bikes. Thanks! Everyone else, I mean everyone that has touched my bike has left something undone. 4 shops to be exact. Keep up the good work!

Less than .00000001 of a star…read more More like Negative 100 stars Bike broke down in July Brought it in for warranty repairs middle of July. It is now Aug 28 the only updates we recieved were this - the apprentice is working on it and thinks it's the o2 sensors. they were ordered and will take 7-12 days to come in. (This was around middle of August). Now we finally hear back Aug 28 th that the sensors shipped were wrong and it's still not fixed. The service representative has accused me of being abusive because I asked if they would be able to fix it before winter so we can at least ride it before it snows, I don't appreciate being Gaslighted Its not my fault it's been in the shop for well over a month and I haven't even recieved one update without having to go in or try calling. I tried to call and ask management about the repair and they refused to return my calls. After spending good money on a bike I would expect better communication and service. If you brought your Ford F350 to my work I would have a complete rebuild done in less than 7 days and I would be calling you every time I find something you should know about. so I don't understand what is even going on!

Most wonderful motorcycle shop experience EVER! Especially…read morefor travelers They literally saved my life. Heather, the owner didn't hesitate one second to help me. I was traveling around the country on a tight schedule, she squeezed me between 2 clients to make sure I was on time and had my 2 tires ordered and changed 2 days after I contacted her by email through their web site. As soon as she got my email she called me, I explained my situation, she booked me in and everything went beautifully as I said 2 days later. She took me on very short notice even if my bike is a Beamer. Everywhere else I called: Yamaha Yukon, BMW Motorrad Edmonton or Calgary all of them were unable to help me before a delay of more then 3 weeks. She was referred to me by a friend and I really don't know what I would've done without them. Also their price was more then honnest, she sold me the tires at the same price then Revco.ca. Well, I highly recommend this shop and if it was not at more then 4000km from home I would go there all the time for all my bikes. Thanks again guys, you are amazing

While on a multi-thousand km road trip from California to Alaska and back, my Harley broke down…read moreduring a storm in the middle of nowhere about 40 km south of Grande Cache. I had my people in California do a web search for the nearest Harley dealership and they said there wasn't one anywhere in the area, but they did find Top Gear Cycles. I contacted Top Gear and explained my situation. It was late in the day and they were about to close. I asked if they'd be able to help and was told by Brittany that they give top priority to travelers and would divert thier factory-trained Harley tech to my bike as soon as it got there if I wanted to have it towed to their facility. Knowing that it would be very late when I arrived, Brittany offered to meet me at the shop to secure my bike even though it would be after midnight. I was really impressed by this, and grateful as well, since my bike was loaded with exposed camping gear that I had no way to secure. I arrived the next morning and Jason immedialtry got to work on my bike. Turns out there was a pin-hole leak in an in-tank fuel line and it would have been several days to a few weeks for the part to arrive, which was obviously a problem. Jason came up with a solution however, and fabricated a replacement hose that solved the problem and had me on my way in short order! I was very impressed with the courteous, personal attention I was shown by everyone I interacted with at this shop. I was treated in every way as though I was the most important customer they had. As a side note, after telling Brittany I would come to thier shop I discovered there is a Harley dealership in town and told her I would likely go there instead. She expressed to me that they do a lot of work on Harleys (in fact their shop had a dozen or so Harleys within so they have clearly earned the trust of local Harley owners.) I decided to stick with Top Gear because I was treated so well by Brittany, and I absolutely made the right decision. Although it's very unlikely that I'll ever be in Grande Cache again, if I were a local this would be my go-to shop and I can't recommend them highly enough for travellers like me.
