When the bike showed up, there were paint and battery issues that were never disclosed. To their credit, they made some effort to help at first -- but that changed fast. After I left an honest review through Harley-Davidson's corporate survey, my contact at the dealership took it personally and completely cut off communication. All over a $75 fix that would have made things right. That kind of emotional, unprofessional response says everything about how they handle criticism. They also tried to pad the price by inflating the extended warranty by about $1,000 to "cover" what they called free shipping. Luckily, I caught that early and refused to pay the markup -- but it shows how their marketing works. Lesson learned: don't buy sight unseen and get every detail in writing. Transparency and professionalism were definitely missing here, and I hope future buyers think twice before repeating my mistake.We where so close to getting a happy customer

We were in Grande Prairie to visit family and decided to buy lift-assist kayak racks while we were…read morethere. We bought them on a Friday and were going to just take them with us to install when we got home. Then one of the guys came out from the back (maybe the manager?) very concerned because the factory installed crossbars on our vehicle wouldn't fit with these racks. So instead of simply letting us leave and be disappointed, he sprung into action. It was almost closing time but he took our vehicle into the shop and tried fitting various crossbars on, eventually discovering that the ones we needed weren't in stock. We were leaving town on Monday, so he called around to other stores but still no luck. He tried so hard to find a solution for us. It was closing time but he spent time searching his warehouse some more and finally found crossbars that would work! He went into the shop on Sunday, on his own time while the store was closed, and got the crossbars and kayak racks all put together for us, so we were able to get them quickly popped onto the top of our vehicle Monday morning before we hit the road. The tenacity they showed us in finding a solution was amazing. We highly recommend them.

Was…read moretold it was simply a walk around and as I tried to ask if they had any of my model on the lot, usually a good idea before one drives all that way and haul tools and a trailer in. I was hung up on during my query. Not very good business practice but being female this isn't the first time this has happened. Save your time with calling for anything and perhaps try a place that wants customers.
