The vehicle didn't run and had to be hauled into the shop, when we arrived the lady at the front desk was snarky not very helpful. When I mentioned the warranty she brushed me off, offered the policy number and she didn't want it. Once the day of the appointment came everything was rushed and no real diagnostics were done, I was told I needed to install a new bumper and shutter system. If the tech had actually looked at the bumper or ran the VIN they would have known that the vehicle already had one but it wasn't working properly. I was given a quote and told that my warranty didn't cover the work because the part wasn't damaged just "freezing up.' I asked for further diagnostics into the issues to confirm that this was the problem and was told the vehicle had already been taken out of the shop and they didn't have time to look at it again. I paid the 1,400$ bill only to have the same issue arise the next week. I ended up taking the vehicle to a different shop and received much better service, I believe that Accutech never submitted the quote to Lubrico, the receptionist they never did asked for a policy number or want it, once the other shop submitted the claim to Lubrico I received a call from them confirming the work needed which never happened with Accutech. Taking the vehicle to them was a waste of time and money, over 1,400$ to be exact.

Things happen and I was sure Autotrac would step up as we have had a long history to get this taken care of. I was not looking for free just fair. Their response was "there is no proof it was our fault", but out of the goodness of our heart we will get you a rebuilt motor at cost, which I would pay for, and the 21 book hours it would take they would charge $100/hr instead of $135/hr. I really thought more of the company and thought they would have more insight to make a fan not a disappointed FORMER customer.

I was traveling around the country on a tight schedule, she squeezed me between 2 clients to make sure I was on time and had my 2 tires ordered and changed 2 days after I contacted her by email through their web site. As soon as she got my email she called me, I explained my situation, she booked me in and everything went beautifully as I said 2 days later. She took me on very short notice even if my bike is a Beamer. Everywhere else I called: Yamaha Yukon, BMW Motorrad Edmonton or Calgary all of them were unable to help me before a delay of more then 3 weeks. She was referred to me by a friend and I really don't know what I would've done without them. Also their price was more then honnest, she sold me the tires at the same price then Revco.ca. While on a multi-thousand km road trip from California to Alaska and back, my Harley broke down…read moreduring a storm in the middle of nowhere about 40 km south of Grande Cache. I had my people in California do a web search for the nearest Harley dealership and they said there wasn't one anywhere in the area, but they did find Top Gear Cycles. I contacted Top Gear and explained my situation. It was late in the day and they were about to close. I asked if they'd be able to help and was told by Brittany that they give top priority to travelers and would divert thier factory-trained Harley tech to my bike as soon as it got there if I wanted to have it towed to their facility. Knowing that it would be very late when I arrived, Brittany offered to meet me at the shop to secure my bike even though it would be after midnight. I was really impressed by this, and grateful as well, since my bike was loaded with exposed camping gear that I had no way to secure. I arrived the next morning and Jason immedialtry got to work on my bike. Turns out there was a pin-hole leak in an in-tank fuel line and it would have been several days to a few weeks for the part to arrive, which was obviously a problem. Jason came up with a solution however, and fabricated a replacement hose that solved the problem and had me on my way in short order! I was very impressed with the courteous, personal attention I was shown by everyone I interacted with at this shop. I was treated in every way as though I was the most important customer they had. As a side note, after telling Brittany I would come to thier shop I discovered there is a Harley dealership in town and told her I would likely go there instead. She expressed to me that they do a lot of work on Harleys (in fact their shop had a dozen or so Harleys within so they have clearly earned the trust of local Harley owners.) I decided to stick with Top Gear because I was treated so well by Brittany, and I absolutely made the right decision. Although it's very unlikely that I'll ever be in Grande Cache again, if I were a local this would be my go-to shop and I can't recommend them highly enough for travellers like me.

If your lucky enough to show up early enough where just so happens the secretary isnt in the manager slash mechanic Dale gives you a quote and time to drop off your vehicle. Once you show up the secretary happily lets you know youve been misquoted and its actually more than the quote Dale gave you. Coincidentally this is exactly what they did to me the first time around and Im sure of it it has happened to many others. Also completed requested service and didnt reset the sensors. Told to come back another day he was busy. I guess sense I already paid who cares right. The secretary is a real piece of work too and didn't like being called out their little scam. Save yourself the trouble of being over quoted and go somehere else. The second time around another shop asked why would they quote you so much. I said I dont know.
