Stretched a little too thin though.

His voicemail was full so we called about 7:30 pm and he came within 20 minutes. He located and fixed the problem within a 1/2 hour, a fuse of course. Things happen and I was sure Autotrac would step up as we have had a long history to get this taken care of. I was not looking for free just fair. Their response was "there is no proof it was our fault", but out of the goodness of our heart we will get you a rebuilt motor at cost, which I would pay for, and the 21 book hours it would take they would charge $100/hr instead of $135/hr. I really thought more of the company and thought they would have more insight to make a fan not a disappointed FORMER customer.

We got the call Thursday morning informing us what was needed to fix the truck . We agreed to the work and told them to order the parts. They said the parts are in grimshaw , less then 2 hrs away . So we will have our truck Friday. Friday morning we called for a update and they said the parts were not in but for sure Saturday. Same story Saturday morning , so I called pats auto and went to pick up the parts myself and dropped them off at the dealership. They iMessagedback and said I had the wrong part , with no offer to go pick up the correct part . So I went again to Pats auto to grab the correct part and drop it off. I was quoted $1500 , I still ended up paying $1300 for the truck . The parts I bought were $400. -So three days of paying cab fee , we live 6 hrs north - had to pay another night for room and meals for me and wife - I had to grab the parts myself - no courtesy vehicle My wife phoned the manager and explained what happened and told him she doesn't want that to happen to anyone else . His reply was , well you didn't have a appointment to begin with ( so what's the point of a late night drop off box ), along with other reason defending his staff and their actions . We bought them on a Friday and were going to just take them with us to install when we got home. Then one of the guys came out from the back (maybe the manager?) very concerned because the factory installed crossbars on our vehicle wouldn't fit with these racks. So instead of simply letting us leave and be disappointed, he sprung into action. It was almost closing time but he took our vehicle into the shop and tried fitting various crossbars on, eventually discovering that the ones we needed weren't in stock. We were leaving town on Monday, so he called around to other stores but still no luck. He tried so hard to find a solution for us. It was closing time but he spent time searching his warehouse some more and finally found crossbars that would work! He went into the shop on Sunday, on his own time while the store was closed, and got the crossbars and kayak racks all put together for us, so we were able to get them quickly popped onto the top of our vehicle Monday morning before we hit the road. The tenacity they showed us in finding a solution was amazing. We highly recommend them.

The vehicle didn't run and had to be hauled into the shop, when we arrived the lady at the front desk was snarky not very helpful. When I mentioned the warranty she brushed me off, offered the policy number and she didn't want it. Once the day of the appointment came everything was rushed and no real diagnostics were done, I was told I needed to install a new bumper and shutter system. If the tech had actually looked at the bumper or ran the VIN they would have known that the vehicle already had one but it wasn't working properly. I was given a quote and told that my warranty didn't cover the work because the part wasn't damaged just "freezing up.' I asked for further diagnostics into the issues to confirm that this was the problem and was told the vehicle had already been taken out of the shop and they didn't have time to look at it again. I paid the 1,400$ bill only to have the same issue arise the next week. I ended up taking the vehicle to a different shop and received much better service, I believe that Accutech never submitted the quote to Lubrico, the receptionist they never did asked for a policy number or want it, once the other shop submitted the claim to Lubrico I received a call from them confirming the work needed which never happened with Accutech. Taking the vehicle to them was a waste of time and money, over 1,400$ to be exact.
