I'd have to say my last visit to Red Lobster was a good one. We ordered drinks that came out at a reasonable time. Our food was good and the cheddar biscuit were a plus. Our server Mallory was very helpful and one of the nicest waiters we've had in awhile. We will be back. The restaurant it self was clean and not crowed. read more

They've definitely made some great improvements, and I'm glad to see it. This was my first time back in a few years, and the updated menu really stood out. I just ate the snow crab with potatoes and a side of brussel sprouts there tonight, and I got home and literally threw up all of my food. I am not happy, and my stomach is still cramping. However, I ordered the crab legs. They were rotten. They were slimy and had the ammonia odor. One of the worst dinning experiences I've ever had. The place was very cold. I was seated immediately. I waited 10 minutes before anyone asked if I wanted a drink. I ordered at that time. Waited 45 minutes for my food. I was served my entree but the baked potato wasn't ready yet. I asked the waitress for some horseradish at that time and was told they don't have horseradish. The different seafood all tasted the same. I had eaten 2/3 of my entree when the baked potato arrived and it still was a firm consistency. I then waited 10 minutes before I ever saw any of the wait staff again. I went looking for someone and ran into another customer doing the same thing. I finally found a waitress (not mine) and gave her my card. She took it and about 3 minutes later my waitress returned with my bill. I was there approximately a hour & a half. I wouldn't go back to this restaurant if they gave me free meals for the rest of my life. read more

I just recently started eating at Red Lobster again. I would admit that the business did slow down a bit and was not organized in the last couple of years. But, since i returned in June of 2023, the restaurant has improved a lot with new management and chefs. The food has been great every time my family and I go. It came out in a bowl no sauce just a dry piece of fish my salad was watered down and to top it all off the potato was hard and cold. Under new management all new faces. Did no recognize anyone. We are visiting out of state. Didn't take that long to be sat, however, waited quite a while for our drink order to be taken. Ordered an appetizer with our drinks and it took quite a while to come out. Ate our appetizer before our food order was even taken. Still no biscuits at this point. We finally get our salads with the biscuits. The romaine in my Caesar salad was mostly orange around the edges and wasn't cold. While we were eating our salads, I heard my boyfriend say "oh my god" while getting up and reaching behind me. While he was killing a roach climbing on the back of my seat, another one ran across the bench of my seat and he quickly killed that one too. At this point, I'm quite weary and paranoid. I accidentally dropped my napkin on the floor and tried to eye any others under the table. While doing so, another ran across our table. At this point we asked the waiter to box our food since we refuse to sit and eat. We waited what seemed like forever to get our boxed food. My boyfriend sent me to the truck. I gave him a gift card to use to go toward our check and our waiter proceeded to tell my boyfriend that there was no balance on it. I checked the card when he brought it back and there was $25 on it. They also didn't try to comp any of our meal. VERY DISAPPOINTING to say the least. If we ever come to the part again, we will NEVER eat at this Red Lobster!!! read more

My husband and I had lunch today and normally we get great service there. First they were out of a couple of things which wasn't a big deal, the main meal was still good, but even though the restaurant wasn't crowded at all at 12:45 pm it was nearly impossible to get waited on. Then at the end of our meal, my husband tried ordering a dessert by redeeming his rewards and she claimed the only way to see if they had it was to redeem. Well as soon as he redeemed it she said oh it looks like we're out of ALL DESSERTS. Then it took another 15-20 min to get her to bring us the check after we told her we were ready. This restaurant has gone down hill. We'll start going to Little Rock from now on. read more

We eat here at least once a month. The food is good, the service has been great, and it is clean and accommodating. I agree with Robert. I've been to red lobster all over the country and this one in PB and one in Utah r the best ones I've been too. The food is good the service is excellent and it's clean and fresh. I don't know about "toilet water" lobster but maybe they had too many cocktails t tell what the food even tasted like. The only reason I'm giving this place 2 stars is because of our server. She was really attentive to our needs, super friendly, and professional (she called me "baby" a couple times but it didn't bother me, may rub others the wrong way though). The food was horrible! I ordered the truffle lobster mac and it was basically boiled noodles and lobster meat ZERO flavor literally tasted like a frozen dinner, actually I've had frozen dinners that tasted better and that tiny serving of bland food was $25! I was so disappointed. My daughter ordered the kids lobster tail and was charged an additional $1 for a salad and 2.95 for a sprite? I honestly didn't have the energy at the time to complain I just wanted to get out of this town and dirty restaurant. This location is probably my last choice for seafood. It's not because the food is horrible because it's not, but the service is. This location could be great, but it lacks good management. I called in food and they told me it will be ready in 30 min. I arrived there 35 min later and had to wait an additional 32 min. Are you kidding me! Why is this place even open? Got served an Ebola lobster. It looked like it got boiled in toilet water. Terrible food and service. All the seafood tasted old like it was just thawed before we arrived. Told the waitress and she agreed it smelled like dick cheese and still charged me for it. Only asked me if I wanted another one. The staff was friendly but like much of the town, the flavor had deserted the food. The admirals feast taste like breading and oil. The lobster pizza lacked crispness and was overloaded with tomatoes (I asked for light tomatoes). Even the cheddar bay biscuits were stale and the virgin strawberry daiquiri was just strawberry water. I know the restaurant chain has been slacking lately but this was a bit much. This is not necessarily 5-stars for ANY restaurant - Face it - RL is a chain. It's not a coastal mom &a pop. But for what RL is - this one was excellent on our visit. Very friendly & appreciative staff - good food fixed as good as RL gets - served promptly. Fully enjoyed. read more
