Never answer phone, never call back, say they will look into an issue and just don't so you continually have to keep calling and leaving voicemails and rarely get calls back. Their upkeep of the properties is poor and they do not fix things that you report are broken unless you take hours out of your days/weeks to continually call and follow-up. They are basically robbing all of the owners charging us $270/month and doing nothing for us, not even responding.
