From the very beginning, Matt was professional, respectful, and considerate. He treated our home, property, and pets with great care. Despite working through several long, hot days without the benefit of air conditioning, he never once complained. He arrived early, stayed late, worked weekends, and was always willing to accommodate our schedule and needs. I even emptied all of my cabinets because I was concerned about dust, despite Matt assuring me it would be minimal. In hindsight, I didn't need to. After contacting Puritan they had a crew here after hours within 90 minutes. Alex was the lead very straight forward and upfront he showed me with his scanner where the water was his assistant was running another machine along the walks where he found no water damage to the walls. After Alex gave me a brief rundown of what they where going to do to help absorb the water they went right to work. A little over an hour they finished sucking what water they could get from the carpet they set up humidifiers and fans to run for the next few days. While finding the water damage was a big disappointment Puritan was very professional. We would highly recommend this company.
