My daughter had her 5th birthday party at our home and it was a Disney Princess theme. We requested to have Cinderella come and I was so happy to hear that Gwen comes too so she can support the characters/princesses and to coordinate the party activities. I was so pleasantly surprised when she told me she'll dress up as the fairy godmother upon request. So, of course, we asked her to dress up too. We had 8 girls and we chose the hour package with the girls getting their glitter makeup and nails done plus Cinderella would sing a few songs with them, play games and take photos with all the girls. When I contacted the owner about this and asked for at least a partial refund, she offered me a free character visit in the future. I should have been firm about the refund because they now have only those same two girls working for them and no availability and now I can't get the money back to use on a more reputable company.
