Took a couple weeks to get them out here from when I was given their quote (estimator took down incorrect email address initially and then we were traveling when they first scheduled the work so had to reschedule) Got here on the agreed upon date and completed all the work quickly and professionally and raked up all the small branches, leaves etc. Was very happy that when asked they worked around some new topsoil and grass seed that had been put down in the interim. While the primary work was mostly completed, the overall job felt rushed and lacked attention to detail. My property was left with noticeable damage, which I have documented with photos and sent to management. I understand that tree removal can involve some risk, but what was most disappointing was how this was handled or rather, not handled at all. At no point did the crew inform me that anything had been damaged. I only discovered the issues afterward, which came across as both unprofessional and avoidable. This lack of communication made the situation even more frustrating. In addition, several heavy items in my yard were moved during the process and not returned to their original positions, creating unnecessary inconvenience. There was also a very large branch that was cut and fell a few days later that was not removed during the work completed. This could have fallen on my small child or dog. These details may seem minor, but they reflect a larger issue: the job was completed in a sloppy and careless manner, without the level of thoroughness I expected. I did bring these concerns to management/owner (Matt) but the response I received was dismissive and did not show a genuine willingness to address the damage or take accountability. Offering to trim a damaged plant was not an acceptable resolution and then stating "it should help the plant" show lack on my concern. For the price paid, I expected a much higher standard of service and customer care. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this company. There are many other companies to choose from and I would recommend picking a different one.
