I couldn't even decline the charge because the jewelry was already in my nose and they have a strict 'no refund' policy posted on the counter. On top of the bait-and-switch pricing, the shop is unhygienic. The chairs were dirty, and the piercer actually dropped my jewelry on the floor and told me to find it. Using jewelry that has hit the floor without re-sterilizing it is a major infection risk. Unprofessional and unsafe--stay away.
