They are the stone age of lenders who will do everything to not remind you that you even have a…read moreloan with them until your no interest terms ends of which I never had happen. They don't provide online access to check outstanding loan balances and don't ever mail statements. It seems almost like an underground loan shark who will come collect when their debt is due. Each office operates independently so you better know which office your loan was created within and pay your loan off quickly. Also, expect mail from them for the rest of your life trying to issue you another loan because getting off their list is impossible. Call any Tower Loan and ask for their head office phone number and they don't know it or won't give it to you to be removed.
