This was my first zipline adventure and it was fantastic!! We had a smaller group, so we got though the course in about an hour, which was fantastic since it sounds like a lot of the tour time would have been waiting and clipping larger groups. To me, this is absolutely not a negative! It's super hot out there, and standing around isn't really my thing, so I was happy to move quickly between zips. The tour felt safe, the guides were friendly and funny, and the experience was fantastic! The whole property over there looks amazing! read more

Wow ziplining was so fun, it was my first time doing any ziplining. Was part of a group of 5 with 3 guides leading us thru the ziplining. Since the group was small it took us only like 35-40 minutes to finish all 5 zipline routes, with bigger groups would have taken maybe 1.5 hours. It was fun and the guides were really nice and fun, they were still super energetic and excited every time they zipline. I wish there were more zipline routes, or let us do it twice. It cost ~$120, $24 per route, actual ziplining experience was like 30 seconds per route. Yes fun, but very expensive when you consider $ / amount of actual experience. read more

Zipped there yesterday. First time in about 5 years. Still very fun and worth doing. Line 4 at 1900 feet across the Gorge is really nice. 5 is 1500 feet I believe and gives a great view of the gorge. One great thing is the braking they now have. Just ride and let the brake stop you at the end. The only gripe and a small one is that the handles on the trucks are so short that a hand of any size will be lucky to get 2 and a half fingers on one. Terry, Caitlin and Kaden were excellent guides. We booked for 5. Two of our party could not go due their 250 pound weight limit which we only found out after we had paid. They never mentioned it before when we paid and we were all there. They never weighed anyone before we paid. Then when they took us to get fitted into the gear, that's when they weighed them. Then they refused to refund. Seriously !! My friends could not go and it ruined the day. It is only 5 zip lines. All very short. Do not recommend. Do not waste your money on such a bad business practice. Avoid!! read more

A friend and I have been looking forward to this little adventure for months! And it did not disappoint. There were 5 lines. 2 were race lines (side by side). They get progressively faster, higher and more fun. The views are spectacular. The guides were so funny and really added to our good time. Our guides were Zeke, Chris, and Josh. (Hope I got your names right guys!) A bus takes you to your first line then you walk short distances from one to the next. There are a few stairs and uphill walks. But nothing too crazy. A bus picks you up after the last line and returns you to the office. We rented a GoPro and got the SD card of our rides. Whole thing took about 2 hours. We had 2 in our group plus 10 others. Don't waste your time. My mom booked a family trip for Thanksgiving. Turns out she didn't know that there was a 250 pound weight limit. So I was unable to go. But that's not the issue. The lady at the office said "don't worry we will give you a gift card". When my party got back from the zip I tried to purchase them shirts with the "gift card". They refused to let me use it on the store and said someone had to use for the zip line only. The manager guys sat there and argued with me saying that the store is not the same and they could not transfer it. Only offered me 50% off of the merchandise (so I would have to pay them even more money when I've already wasted $99). Never again. Keep your gift card and I'll never be coming here again. They DO NOT work with the customer. Typical tourist attraction with misleading front desk employees and irritating, inconsiderate managers. Take your business elsewhere. read more

Hooked on Zip lining! The staff here made it a fun experience that will make you want to return again and again! Professional and safe. A little unnerving when you realize you have to climb to the top of a large tower and willingly jump off, but once you do it's the time of your life. Great views and good variety of lines. They have helmets that are Go Pro compatible or you can rent a go pro (Bring or rent a go pro, so worth the cool video!). Coupon booklet with your trip which includes a free Ale8 at the end and discounts on gift shop goodies! They do take pictures for you if you wish to purchase at the end. read more

We brought a group of 6 girls for a revised bachelorette weekend (thanks Coronavirus) and had a great time. Hunter and Josh were our guides, and even though I have a paralyzing fear of heights and am NOT an adrenaline junkie, they made us feel at ease and comfortable with the experience. The office staff made the process super simple (waivers online ahead of time is the way to go) and gave us the option for a GoPro camera. There are 5 runs in all, which escalate in length and height (#4 being the longest (1/2 mile) with the best views of the gorge), and the ramp to the tower is hellacious. I'll definitely never do this again because the anxiety is REAL, but admittedly, it was fun despite being my being terrified and I would recommend anyone try it once. read more

I cannot say enough good things about this place. I goofed up on the time of the reservation and as soon as I realized, I called and they changed it for me, no problem at all. When we arrived I saw them deal with a family who had children below the weight requirement. The staff dealt with it professionally. Once it was time for us, it ended up being like a private tour. Which was so great because I am a coward. Lol. They were patient and encouraging. I ended up not being able to finish due to a physical issue of my own which i honestly didn't think would be a factor but it was. They called the bus for me while my husband finished. In the office area I was offered a gift card so I can come back and conquer this when my knee is healed. And I got a rocking cool shirt. A friend and I did the Red River Gorge Ziplines this past Sunday and had a fantastic experience. We were able to easily book online the day before, then had a smooth check-in when we arrived. There were two other people in our overall group, and three guides, making it very personal. The guides were not only really helpful, but they were fun and you could tell this was more than just a job to them, that they actually liked what they did. You get to go across 5 ziplines, the last two being lines where you can zip next to a friend. The views are incredible, too. It was a bit pricey, but worth the money for the great experience. read more

5-Stars = It's as good as it gets. If you want to Zipline this is where you come. From the very beginning, our experience was one we'll never forget. When you arrive you'll sign some paperwork. Basically you're agreeing that unless ziplining is dangerous. Next you'll be fitted for your gear by your guides. Ours were safety minded and full of energy. I wish I could remember their names as they should start their own comedy tour too!! They engaged everyone and kept everything light-hearted. If I had my own company I'd hire them in a second. After being sized for your gear you ride a small bus to the first zip. This zip is smaller and shorter than the rest. It is here you begin to hone your ziplining skills. You'll go on four additional zips, each one is increasingly longer, higher, and more thrilling. At the end of the five zips you are transported back to where you started, given an Ale8 and sent on your way. I will give this business a 5 star rating The location was very easy to find. Signs every where. Once you arrived everyone was very nice to greet you and help you with any questions you had about zip lining. Once we were checked in and paid for we went and met our guides ( Zapp, Magic Mike, and Jacob) They were a group of gentlemen who loved their jobs and had a passion for safety and asked us frequently if our gear was ok and not uncomfortable once we was all geared up we all loaded on to the Bus with out a bus driver, than Dewy showed up to the rescue! Zap swore to us he had a license and his name was spelled with a U I in it. I wasn't sure who to believe at that point. There was 5 lines we zipped down and at the very beginning the guides had asked us before we even took off if our gear was ok before we zipped away. The race line was a favorite as it was OVER THE GORGE! I caught a headwind as I raced my wife and Jacob had to come to my rescue, but also a line over my wife was stalling out too. Jacob and Zapp were very quick to zip out to us attach and bring us to safety. My wife and I bet on bloody Marie's. Jacob and I raced to the other end, we won! Zap and my wife came in just behind safe and sound. The tour was completed with the last line and Dewy shows up in the Bus to take us back with a complementary Ale 8. I brought our Boy Scout troop down to the Red River Gorge area for a weekend of hiking and zip lining. A few of the scouts had zip lined before as well as the adults. The reservation process was great (thank you Nancy) and the check in and payment process was smooth. That's about all the good I can say. To start, it was a cool and lightly raining afternoon (we all knew rain or shine) and evidently there was a wedding going on down below. The guides sent us up anyway and we ended up having to stand on the first platform for a half hour while the ceremony wrapped up. Cool, rain, and light winds did not exactly make things pleasant. Once we finally got to zipping, the views and spans were great...some of the better lines I have experienced. However, the guides, on a few occasions, managed to leave a few of us adults COMPLETELY untethered from either the zip or safely line. Unacceptable. Nice people and great zip lines, but the lack of attention to the guest was a deal breaker. read more

Great experience! My husband and I took a long weekend and decided to try out this zip line. We are so glad we did! They staff is extremely helpful, friendly, and professional. It's a relatively quick drive from Cincinnati. They offer an option for a go pro helmet! My husband wore the helmet and we got some really great footage. The guides also take a ton of pictures throughout the experience that you can purchase. The scenery is so beautiful, especially with flurries! Joey, Tyler, and Pete were our guides. First of all, as an unusual holiday gift to my children, we lucked out with warm weather at the end of December. 5 of us, me with bad knees and my husband with a bad shoulder were allowed to create a memory with our children that I truly will cherish.
