If you needed to outfit an apartment or home, you could probably find every single thing here. They also have clothing, which seems reasonably priced. You have to use the restroom to try on. We only dealt with the workers very briefly and they seemed fine. I'll check back every couple months, I don't think their items are turned over terribly quickly so you don't have to go multiple times a month.

: Poor Representation and Miscommunication at Big State Pawn…read more I recently visited Big State Pawn and experienced what I would consider a disappointing display of customer service and communication. I had placed a game console on layaway that was advertised and sold as a combo including four games -- the combo was the very reason I chose to purchase it. Two weeks later, when I picked it up, I noticed that one of the games was missing from the box. When I brought this to the attention of an employee, a african american female with braids whom I was not speaking with or too responded in a condescending and dismissive tone, saying, " you know the games aren't actually a combo right? We gave them to you for free...like they just come free with the console." with a smug look on her face... That response was unprofessional, unnecessary, and frankly made no logical sense. The product was marketed and displayed as a four-game combo, and any reasonable customer would expect to receive exactly what was advertised. Thankfully, another associate who demonstrated professionalism and respect simply asked that I bring in the console so we could check. I did, and we discovered that the missing game was inside it and if it was not, she would give me another game.. That simple, respectful approach was all that was needed from the beginning. This situation was never about the game itself; it was about how it was handled. We customer decide to spend their money, they deserve to be treated with courtesy and understanding, not condescension. The tone, professionalism, and attitude displayed by that one staff member reflect directly on the company as a whole. Big State Pawn, please take this as an opportunity to remind your team that customer service is not just about making a sale...it's about maintaining trust, respect, and integrity with every interaction. This was our second stop and it was priced much more reasonably than the first one we went to. The store itself isn't huge but there are some real gems there. I came away with this darling baby blanket that I just couldn't leave behind. The owner was at the front and he was so kind. He told us a little about him and his wife and their store. The previous store felt way too big and overwhelming. This new store was well lit anond very organized. The store is very inviting and cozy, and the layout makes it easy to find whatever what you are looking for. The employees were friendly and informative, and you can tell that they are proud of this new store. The employee who helped me check out, even took the time to explain their free rewards program, and her help was much appreciated. The new location also has much easier parking, with plenty of spaces just outside their front door. Whether you're looking for a good book, the perfect gift, or in my case, a new puzzle, the new Barnes & Noble will make your shopping experience a very pleasant one.

It's amazing to me that they can pack so many items into a store! We were able to find some good bargains, and will go back again. The folks that work up front are professional and pleasant, and did a nice job in carefully wrapping our treasures. Love this store.
