Omar came to my home weeks ago and was very quick to respond to our request for a quote. He was also very quick to start the project. Unfortunately, all I have is a ditch in my back yard where a playground is supposed to be. The project: 20x30 foot level ground with retaining wall and rubber mulch for a play set for my kiddos. The project was supposed to be a 3 day thing, or so he said. The result: He came with his crew, excavated a ditch into our yard which was supposed to be leveled down (his idea). AFTER this phase was done (and he started without even telling me he was there or I would've stopped him) he had me select materials. These materials had not been ordered yet and his crew already left me with a big ditch. Fast forward three weeks. He is extremely difficult to contact and has told me he will be by on certain days but never showed. Not him or anyone from his crew ever came out. I are now looking for other contractors to fix the mess he made. The area is a hazard, if the city were to find out I would be liable, and I'm looking at this big, embarrassing, 2 ft deep ditch I can't do anything with. read more

Thieves. They did some work for me and the work was pretty good. But they lied about when they would show up and a two day job dragged out over 3 weeks. Omar gave me what sounded like a plausible excuse for delays and I gave them a second chance and a second job. I paid them half, $1550, up front and they failed to do the work and won't return calls. DO NOT use this company for anything. Hired Omar and his team to dig out and level an area in our back yard, add a retaining wall. They didn't property level the area and never finished the retaining wall or filled in behind it. Stopped responding to calls and texts and wound up costing us more money to undo what they messed up. Please save yourself the time, money and headache. Omar makes nothing but false promises and seems to be his M.O to Start projects and not finish them. If I could give less than 1 star I would ... 2 years ago we were in the market for a new wooden fence. We talked to many different companies and red rock seemed to be the most reasonable ... he understood what we wanted and I felt that he had a true understanding of how to do the job .... Well first of all anyone who knows anything knows rule number one is fences should be secured with screws NOT nails . Well he put the entire thing together with nails ... I cannot even tell you how many times I've had to put screws in it because it had come apart ... at the same time his brother (concrete professional) replaced the sidewalk in front of my house . Within 2 months the sidewalk was cracking in multiple places ... every time I've tried to contact him about all these issues he refuses to call me back or gives me some bull crap excuses and then never shows up ... if you need a new fence or yard work PLEASE PLEASE STAY away from red rock landscaping!!!!!
