ZERO ZERO ZERO Rating! I'm a Case Manager from an out of town hospital. I had the same experience as the pervious case manager. Staff at Red Rocks was RUDE and very condsending. A patient had to sit in the hospital for the entire weekend because the facility refused to take the patient. read more

Had a friend that was here after surgery. Good staff and had him home pretty quick. I think it is one of the better places in town.

The Native American Program and Red Rocks Care Center is great! And many of the staff speak Navajo.

I am a case manager at a major metropolitan rehabilitation hospital and i referred a patient to Red Rocks and the lack of communication and clarification regarding insurance acceptance was very poor. If the admissions process is this disorganized and painstaking I'd hate to know what the patient care is like. read more

ZERO STAR RATING! Do not admit any loved ones here! Jay, the care home director said my 93yr old Grandmother lied about being neglected. We found her on her side with a very small thermal shirt size medium. My Grandmother wears a 2x. It only covered her arms and breasts. She was bare on her stomach and back. She was left sitting in her wheelchair for an hour with no call button to be found. She defecated on herself and also threw up because she was given medication and no lunch. The staff knew she had a bed sore and did not clean or treat it. She had Doctors orders for oxygen, she never received it. No side rails that we asked for we placed so she would not have fear of falling off the bed. They never ordered it. We were horrified! We told them to call the Ambulance and take her back to the hospital. There they found her wound was caked with feces. The director of this facility is a horrible leader and needs to be terminated. This facility is an endangerment to the elderly people there who cannot speak up for THEMSELVES. read more
