They repaired my shattered iPhone 4 screen in hours for cheaper than I found anywhere else. While I…read morewas at it I decided to do a color conversion. I walked away with a like-new white iPhone. I think this is where it gets more telling. Later that day or the next I was handling my phone and noticed a little squeak when I applied pressure to it in a particular way - basically any pressure on the back plate of glass cause the squeak. Thats strange for an iPhone to not appear completely solid in one's hands. I immediately conclude that the new parts were cheap. Adding more weight to this conclusion, I noticed that my front glass camera is a little askew. I decided I wanted my original black glass backing re-installed and a new front screen that doesn't appear so cheap. I take the phone back in and discover, upon showing them the squeak, that the rear glass plate has a long crack in it. Also, the guy explains that the second hand parts often don't meet Apple levels of quality but they are less expensive so its a trade off. Okay, I can deal with that. But I want my sturdy original glass backing and a black front screen to match. They reinstall the black rear plate and swap out the white front for a black front. They also didn't charge me for the white back plate. All in all, pretty good customer service. However..... Reason its 4/5 rather than 5/5: The only thing that irked me was they didn't offer to give me the original back plate when they finished the color conversion - I had to go in and ask for it back and they knew right where it was (hint: not in the trash). It made me feel a little untrusting toward them - it was my part and it was original, and it was probably expensive - they could easily turn around and sell it to someone else or keep it for themselves. It didn't feel like oversight either. When you go in to get new tires they always ask you what you want to do with the old tires, even if they're bald. This was like going in with two sweet tires and two blown tires. They tried to keep the two good ones. Thats how it seemed to me....I can't speak to their intentions. I'm just glad they could put it back on.

I raised an eyebrow when she asked for an upfront payment of $750.00 before she'd do any work. But, since my website and email are crucial for my business, I was desperate for help. I sent her payment via PayPal. To my unfortunate surprise, Tricia and her team didn't do any work. After two business days had elapsed, my website and email were still down. I called Tricia's teammate, Ashley Nicholson. Ashley admitted that Azence had failed to do any work. I was upset, and I immediately asked for a refund. Ashley responded that I would receive a refund. It's been 40 days, I have received no refund. I've sent multiple emails and made several phone calls inquiring about the status of my refund. Nobody at Azence will return my emails or phone calls. Azence refuses to answer my question about when I might receive my refund. Utter stonewalling. I guess I'm to assume that she's keeping my money for good, even though Azence did ZERO work, and Ashley Nicholson admitted as much. Azence appears to have stolen $750.00 from me, and neither Tricia, nor Ashley, nor any employee will explain. I've contacted my bank in an effort to recover the funds. My experience with Tricia Ang and Azence is the worst business experience I've encountered. Tricia and Azence is unscrupulous. I write this review with utmost sincerity and without vitriol, hoping that no other individuals or businesses will fall prey to Azence and Tricia's unethical business practices. She asked "how did you order them?" I responded " In color." She checked and acknowledged that the plans were ordered in color, then stated they must have not been to scale. I informed her I spoke with Cory and that there was no issue mentioned at that time. She then grabbed the non-color plans out my hand and went in back. After a few minutes of waiting she returned with 2 sets of plans and demanded the other set I was holding. I asked why? She said they were not in color. I showed her they were in fact in color. She screamed at me "THEN WHY DID I PRINT THESE!!" and threw the plans in the trash aggressively. I stated " If you are going to throw those away, I will take them." She flared up again and yelled "I am not giving you anything!: I responded " I am happy to pay for them." At this point I think she realized that she was way out of line and started to back track. She charged me more for the incorrect plans than the original order. Don't know what set her off but I hope they have cameras and can review the situation.
