I specifically sent them a list of what was priority to move a few days before. The guys showed up on time. They looked over the items, rooms, and truck then they got to work. The guys finished in the promised amount of time, packaged and wrapped things really well. We even did some prep work by wrapping and placing things in the living room. Next thing we know, they have already wrapped and loaded the washer and dryer very quietly and quickly. We were shocked. Would highly recommend using them! Quality and efficient is important and they take it seriously. Worth every penny.

And spoiler, another company did the job in the time I was originally quoted by these people and for half the price. As a woman moving alone, these movers made me incredibly uncomfortable in the short time they were in my home. I called and got a quote over the phone. This was not unusual to me as I've only ever gotten phone quotes for moving and have never had issues in the past. I was quoted 2.5-3 hours with 3 movers. I called 5 other companies in the area and received similar quotes, I chose this company due to their availability. I scheduled my move for 4 days before I needed to be out of my place. They were scheduled to arrive between 12-3pm. At 3pm, I was told their morning job was taking much longer than anticipated but they should arrive within the hour. At 4pm I received a text from the team letting me know they were an HOUR AND A HALF away and would be stopping for food on their way. I contacted the "manager" and was assured they would be able to complete my move that day. The team showed up at 5:30pm, 5.5 hours late and I have never had movers be more disrespectful and demeaning toward me. My home was clean, fully boxed, and ready to be loaded. For $210/hour I was not about to waste time. They walked through my home to assess everything and Tyler, who is supposedly the best they have, was rude and disrespectful every step of the way. He yelled at me that there was no way they could do the move in the time quoted. Given that their morning job took 4-5 hours longer than anticipated, whoever is quoting jobs clearly doesn't know what they're doing. I was alone and the way their team treated me in my home made me incredibly uncomfortable, they yelled at me that I wasted their time, they drove to Fort Collins from Denver and their cars were in a storage unit in Denver that closed at 9pm. Even if they completed the job in the minimum quoted time, they still wouldn't have made it back to Denver in time to collect their vehicles so I don't see how that was my problem but he sure made it my problem. Tyler told me the move would take a team of 4 movers at least 7 hours to complete. To be clear, this was a two bedroom townhome, not a 5 bedroom house. As I was about to throw them out of my home for being so demeaning and disrespectful, they offered to step out and call their manager. At 6pm I received a call from the manager who told me the team claimed there were 150 boxes in my home and they would not be doing the move. When I argued that was absolutely not the case (i counted and there were 56 boxes, 6 large, 15 medium, 25 small, and 10 plastic tubs) I was told he didn't know who to believe...um excuse me?!? He offered to reschedule for another day at more than DOUBLE my initial quote. After the experience his "best guy" had to offer, there was no way I would ever agree to pay them even my original quote let alone $1800?! I told him this was unacceptable and explained the financial impact, all I got was "sorry, we wish you the best of luck with your move" after wasting 6 hours of my time and costing me thousands. This was a huge waste of my time and costly. I deliberately scheduled the move on my day off with several days after to do final small things and clean before handing over keys. A new tenant was scheduled to move in shortly after. Because of this company's laziness and incompetence, I had to pay an additional month rent and the next tenant's move was also impacted. I am truly beside myself at what a horrible experience this was. Now for the kicker - I hired another company to do my move the following week. I hired two movers and anticipated an 8 hour move due to what I was told by this team. I was genuinely afraid to do the walkthrough given what happened with moving brothers. I explained what happened and the new quote I was given and the new movers laughed. They said this team took too long at their job in the morning, ate and sat in the truck for an hour, and when they showed up they were tired or lazy and simply didn't want to do the job. They said the 7 hour quote was an FU to me since they drove up to Fort Collins. It took the new movers FOUR HOURS TOTAL. And cost me less than moving brothers original quote including a 40% tip. NEVER give this company your business. They will leave you up a creek without a paddle without so much as an apology. I'm grateful they requested cash payment and didn't require a deposit as they will never get a penny from me. I will tell anyone and everyone I know to avoid this company!

I used the company for 2 back to back moves in a week to my new home. The first day went well, and the crew was wonderful to deal with. The second day was where the problems began (though I need to say that Miguel and Derek were on both days and are exceptional individuals, extremely hard working and truly the backbone of the crew). On the second day, I showed the crew the basement and very specifically showed them what was gathered together to be taken and then the other 3/4 of what was in the basement that was NOT going in the move. As we had had a recent mouse issue, I spent days preparing prior to moving day to ensure that the mouse droppings were mitigated. About 3 hours or so later, I learned that the team lead and a crew member (who was not on the prior day's move) had spent the morning going through all of the stuff in the basement that was not being moved. They tossed and moved things all around, as though they were hoping to find hidden treasure?, and then asked me to re-explain what actually needed to be moved. The new crew member lied several times about what they had been doing, first telling me they hadn't moved anything around and then telling me they were looking for boxes that could be used to pack my kitchen stuff, which made absolutely no sense given my very explicit warning not to move any of that around due to the mouse droppings on it. They also spent time rummaging through a pile I had in the garage that was designated for a junk removal company. The crew ended up being hours behind in the move because of the 2 of the 4 members not doing what they were supposed to that morning. While the owner Chris did take some labor hours off for this, he also tried to minimize it and say that the one crew member was newer and didn't know policy. This was ethics, not policy. Fast forward to the unloading at my new house, and one of my picture frames that I'd specifically called out to be taken special care of had a chip in it, and Chris' dismissive solution was that I use a paint marker to repair it. The movers also pushed a box into a wall and created a hole. In unpacking, my large Bunn coffee maker that they packed was damaged and no longer useable, and 2 wall hangings are missing (I suspect in their unpacking, they were accidentally thrown out, although Brian told me that never happens...). Apparently all my issues with their service are dismissed as aberrations? I have sent over 7 communications to Chris and Brian asking them to resolve the issues, but they have not. When I made my bookings, I was assured that this company takes care of customers and that if any issues came up during my moves, they would make things right. That, however, has not been my experience. For the $9K I spent on their services, this is absolutely unacceptable.

I absolutely am a fan and endorse her work based on my experience. I originally called Organized by Keli because I was moving in from out of state and I had sprained my ankle badly right before the move. I knew I would need help so I interviewed via email and phone a few organizers I found via Google and Yelp in the area. I found Keli easy to talk with and liked how she worked. What I didn't have a good time with, however, was with the movers. Turns out my ankle injury was to have time to heal before our stuff would arrive due to a serious truck driver shortage and our belongings remained in a warehouse waiting for a driver... for 40 days. It was over a month before I can give Keli an actual date range when our stuff would finally arrive... at a time when my husband would be away and I would have to tackle it all solo. When I booked and pre-paid Keli, just knowing that she would be coming with her team helped me to be more relaxed about the daunting task ahead. When the items were finally piled in my house, Keli was able to work flexibly with me on getting her team out to help me. My ankle was healing but the arrival of our things means there was only two weeks before the kids start their school year! Talk about being behind an eight ball! Luckily Keli had a great team of people who put in 24 hours of man hours in a day. They were able to get the Kitchen AND Master Bedroom with 2 closets all done in the first day! Second day they worked on the office, basement, and kids bedrooms. Keli and her team are the nicest people who I definitely didn't mind around my house and around my kids. I ended up purchasing a few extra hours outside of my package to fine-tune things and I am also super thankful for the team helping to get rid of all the boxes that were processed!
