Total Hell-hole. I would sleep in my car versus staying at this complete sh^t-pile of a place ever again. Why? Well, first off; the * at the front desk defrauded us, We had pre-paid reservations through Expedia which she refused to honor, saying it was fifty dollars more. Didn't matter we had the confirmation in our hand, she said "you pay it or you don't get your room." My wife said forget it, but the * said it was already paid for, she refused to refund any money. Wife and kids were exhausted so we basically paid for a Marriott and got the most butthole of a place Red Roof could offer. Room: filthy. Black mold in the bathroom, smelled like absolute sh*. Water - sewage brine. Serious. Probably why the room smelled so bad. Noise - I -10 all night long, about 10 feet from our door or so it sounded. Customer Service. - I think you know already. I told the missus we would try to reason with the desk clerk in the morning. Only problem is, morning came and no one at the counter. Seriously. Waited half an hour. Not one person. Ever showed. BED BUGS? People next door (okay 2 doors down) showed up around midnight. Gone in minutes, yelling outside about bedbugs. We didn't see any in our room.....but itched the rest of the night and couldn't sleep. So, calling RR to try to get the refund of the felonious overcharge, but it looks like we'll have to file the claim with the credit card company. They advertised bottled water in the lobby- but again- no one there. I gave up and went to a convenience store. Never again. read more

Clean, comfortable bed, convenient location, fast check-in. So-called free breakfast as advertised on Priceline never materialized. A tiny bagel and juice. I eat a real breakfast, so I had to search for a local eatery, which I found. The desk excuse was the Covid. No facial tissues, desk did not give a credit card receipt (yeah, I should have asked, but I will call to get one emailed to me). HVAC was loud but worked well on a hot early September night. Franchisee is from India. I'm being blunt - they run lodging right along the edge, not one penny more. But I'll stay here again; the price is great, and the location meets my two needs. Worst treatment of a driver/Veteran ever!! Stuck me in a room hotter than the sun, only after I checked the first room !!! Customer service here is lacking , avoid this place at all costs, you'd be cooler in your car!! I'm glad I didn't pay for this room or I'd be demanding my money back!!! Fucking ac sucks ass here!!! This is got to be the most unprofessional old rundown unconventional place I've ever stayed in. I only stay one night because I don't have a choice because I'm not going to stay there two nights in that conditions number one. I'm on oxygen and they put me on the second floor. I made My reservation a week in advance. Like always they could have told me that I was going to be on the second floor. I didn't see any cars in the driveway or in the parking lot and when I called back to complain about it I got a rude gentleman on the phone yelling at me telling me that there's workers that live there that stay there and we don't know what's open and not open and I should have known that and then they hung up on me. Not to mention charge me two nights for it when I only stayed one and it was 73.15. definitely not worth it. I would have rather stayed in the woods in my car. There's no amenities in there. Their towels are so old and thin. They're tile their .their bathtubs. They're rusted refrigerators. It's disgusting and I would never let anybody stay there ever again. And right now I'm still in litigation of fighting for my money back because they're telling me they didn't charge me but clearly it's on my credit card statement. When you call somebody at her business and you're a manager or you work there, customer service is not arguing with the person on the other line. You should learn how to deal with customers. I'm in customer service over 40 years and I have never spoken to a customer the way that they've spoken to me and treated me in this way you don't tell me I'm a liar basically when it's sitting right here on my credit card statement and I can't find it because I have to deal with them. So as I deal with the red roof unfortunately where I'm staying it's hard to find any place that's going to be decent but this is unacceptable. It's okay. In my opinion this hotel does not even deserve 1 star. I had booked this room on Expedia and booked a room with 1 King bed. When I arrived to check in, they put me in a room with 2 queens when the majority of the rooms were empty. After explaining to front desk several times, it was finally changed to a King with a smoky smell to it and holes in the wall. In the evening we were joined by a little critter. This place really puts the roach in "roach motel." After that we left for dinner and when we came back, the door would not unlock with the key. It was not an issue with the key, it was the lock on the door, not working. I tried explaining this to the front desk but she just kept programming new keys for me. Once we finally got in the room we went to sleep on the rock hard mattress. We were ready to get on the road at 7am. Could not wait to get home. read more

If your a trucker then great place to stop ample dirt road parking and continental breakfast bring your dog too! Worst part, every room stinks like cigs and the men who dont smoke inside step outside to smoke and the smoke just comes in the others rooms from the ac units and the huge gap between the door frames.
